"Do not live here! They charge you $60 every month for water, then they turn it off at will at least twice a month. They have a very third world way of doing things here. I've been here a year and I'm leaving. I don't feel safe here."

Their discriminatory and unprofessional behavior towards certain tenants is appalling and unacceptable. It's clear that they lack the training and basic decency to treat all residents with respect and fairness. Moreover, the condition of the units at La Mesa village is utterly deplorable considering the exorbitant rent prices they demand. From leaky faucets to malfunctioning appliances, it seems like there's always something wrong with the unit. Maintenance requests are often ignored or inadequately addressed, leaving residents to deal with ongoing issues that disrupt their daily lives. The lack of proper maintenance not only affects the livability of the units but also poses health and safety hazards to residents. Mold, pests, and other unsanitary conditions are unfortunately not uncommon at La Mesa Village making it an unhealthy and unpleasant place to call home. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering renting atLa Mes Village to think twice before signing a lease. The combination of discriminatory behavior from the leasing office staff and the poor condition of the units does not justify the steep rent prices. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place to live."

"This place is truly a wonderful community to live in. I've noticed a few negative reviews, primarily concerning parking. It's worth noting that many of those giving low ratings are parking without proper tags, and some don’t even have their cars registered. It's essential to remember the importance of maintaining a safe environment, especially in a community where children are present. We should be grateful that the apartment complex is ensuring that only authorized vehicles are parked here. It's a privilege to have a school bus come down the road every morning for our kids. It's disheartening to see some vehicles blocking the entrance without a parking pass. This community offers so much more than just a parking spot – it's close to Costco, surrounded by top Mesa schools, near delightful Mexican eateries, and conveniently located next to a highway that connects you to anywhere in just 20 minutes. I've been a proud resident for 5 years and plan on retiring here. This is not just an apartment complex; it's home."

"Front office ladies are extremely disrespectful and will hang up the phone on you when you point out their behavior. They tow your vehicle all the time and use the excuse it’s not in our hands it’s the towing company. Then maybe figure it out with them. I would stay away from this place. They are ghetto apartments wanting to charge for everything. Not even luxury apartments charge you for every minor inconvenience. I would give the front ladies some customer service etiquette they are some of the most disgraceful, rude, pathetic people I’ve dealt with. They have no sympathy or care. It’s like they don’t care which they don’t but at least try helping that what you get paid for. If I can give a negative review I truly would. I have some words of choice I’d like to tell the front office ladies. Viejas amargadas."
