La Petite Chateau Apartments

"I just moved into the complex a few days ago. It was the easiest move in process I've ever experienced. Both office employees that I spoke to and have worked with are both super friendly and helpful. There is always someone available in the office . The maintenance staff is amazing. I had two maintenance employees assist me in my apartment for minor things. I had made a small mention to the office and literally by the time I got back to my apartment from the office they were there and already handling the situation. Super attentive and professional. They went above and beyond. The area is kept up and clean. I even saw maintenance cleaning the mailboxes!!! They do not allow just anything to be left outside the apartments which is great to keep the walking paths clear. So far all the neighbors I have met are super friendly and quiet. Everyone really tries to respect everyone else in the area . I'm super pleased with this apartment complex and would recommend it if you are on a budget, trying to save money, or just in general in need of a place. Only thing I could live without is there is a cigarette order that I can not escape, this I must clarify is of NO fault of the complex. There are just a lot of residents who smoke in the area. So if you can not handle the smell or are not a smoker keep that in mind. If you are looking to move here its a solid choice. All of the staff members I've encountered are great and I would recommend this location."

"I had a terrible time trying to get an apt(studio) with the time I had less than a month from the place I lived for almost 10 years as rents went up beyond what i could afford. Thankfully they gave me an extra month so I can move to La Petite April 1. The staff person was very nice and helpful. I look forward to my move .the reason to move here was the reviews . clean nice staff etc.."

"I'm not very happy with this apartment, I live with my husband and they were fine with us for a year and all of a sudden we are getting ready to move this upcoming week and have an issue with us, they don't like the way we been drying our clothes and have been getting complaints. If they had an issue why didn't they bring it up when we first were living here and not when we are getting ready to move out? I been nice and saying hi to the manager and he rudley ignores me and made it seem like he was cool with my husband. They just play things off and make it seem like there's no issues and brings things up last minute. They even had breed restrictions for dogs for esas and only small dogs are allowed. My husband and I didn't feel welcome here. 100% don't recommend this place. Also not a very safe area either."

"I like the quiet atmosphere that I see here every time I try to get approved for a studio . I also am pleased that the help with utilities is fantastic!! I would really enjoy living here. Thank you for a chance to see this apartments. Hopefully I will be accepted. This is a large GOOD!!!!"

"I agree with the other positive reviews! I've lived in other areas around the valley and by far this one is my favorite. The staff is wonderful and always available. When I needed something done, it was taken care of right away. I work early in the morning and have never had any issues with noise. I enjoy the clean pool area and spa - top notch!"
