"Wow this place is a joke! DON’T MOVE HERE! I lived here for two and a half years. The apartments are all infected with roaches and their pest control never did anything about them. They completed 2 out of 8 of my maintenance request. The bathroom lights were always leaking water and they never addressed that issue. The flooring vinyl floor stated to separate after a year of living in my apartment so I made a maintenance request and there response was that they couldn’t repair the floors with me living in the apartment so they will have to wait until I move. And when I did move they charged me $2,000 to repair the flooring that I told them was damaged and they just left it to get worse! There is dog poop all over the apartment at all times so the smell there is terrible. The police were in the apartment complex at least 2 a week so it never felt safe and secured. Not to mention that the rent is super overpriced for what you are getting plus all the add on fees that adds another $200-$300 a month on top of base rent. The amenities are a joke and I never used any of them as they were always dirty. There is homeless people camping in the laundry room because the lock is broken, so trying to do laundry at the complex is dangerous and difficult to do. There is constantly chairs and rocks throw into the pool so the pools are unsafe to us. My first summer there they didn’t maintain the pools at all so they stared to fill with algae and smelled terrible. Again this is by far the worst apartment I have I ever lived in and I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to live if you are thinking of moving here. Everyone I talked to in the complex hates it so they must be paying people to write good reviews for them. Again this place is a joke and a scam don’t move here."

"Always pay attention to the low star reviews with photos!! Do not rent here!! The police are here every other week for the dangerous illegals that live in the complex. Police had 8 squad cars directly on the playground/sidewalk area in response to a shooting. They finally caught the Hispanic male after several HOURS of disturbance. They must be paying people to leave good reviews because I can promise you this place is INFESTED with roaches and illegals! Dog poop is EVERYWHERE throughout the entire complex so maintenance definitely isn't a thing here. I can't believe this place is actually still up and running. The roaches are always going to be problem until they knock the buildings down and rebuild. The turnover rate must be very high because the office has changed 3 times in 8 months. Alizia seemed ok but there's an obnoxious black lady in the office that gives you an attitude for no actual reason. I think her name is Wendy. Do yourself a favor and find a place that isn't disgustingly disrespectful."

"RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ALL TYPES OF CRITTERS AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. You will get hounded for rent eventhough your maintenance requests do not get taken care of. Illegal immigrants are everywhere on this property and it's only going to get worse. Within a month of me living here there was major police response to the building across from mine. An illegal immigrant shot at someone and ran into one of the apartments across from me. The amount of chaos we witnessed was enough but there's much more. Pest control has stated multiple times that the bugs are in the WALLS and that the building needs to be completely renovated! Make sure you do not get put in building 5 because it is completely infested with roaches. I have done everything in my power to keep my place so tidy so that bugs stay away but even the pest control men told me my efforts were futile. They have a new staff every few months because everyone they hire has a terrible attitude except Aliza. Kassainga and the Huge black woman they just hired are extremely rude and unprofessional in how they deal with tenants. I can go on all day but I just want to forget about this place as soon as humanly possible so I will stop here. EVEN IF YOU ARE EXTREMELY DESPERATE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!"
