"Stole my refundable holding deposit. In the process of filing charge backs and reporting to the CFPB and other agencies. I filed a police report. Stay away from Mesa Ridge, and Nicolan LLC. Lost over $500 in this scam. I encourage people on here to complain to the FTC as well. Don't give up and let these management companies steal your hard earned money!"
"Very run down apartments, very rude staff, maintenance tries unlocking and entering your apartment without notice dumpsters are always full or trash is littered everywhere around the dumpsters, VERY bad stray cat problem (30+ on any given night) laundry room near the office never has working machines or you will have to wash/dry multiple times (if the machine even starts after taking your money) office lady parks in residents cover assigned parking. We also have seen one of the maintenance workers hitting his weed pen while driving around in the golf cart. Haven’t seen any roaches inside our apartment but the are all over near the pool/BBQ areas. Would not recommend this place unless it’s your last resort/only option"
"Would not recommend. Office banned me for complaining about ac that was barely working in 110 degree weather after request was put in and took them 5 days to come see after choice words! Maintenance lied & said it was working fine, couple weeks later multiple units in building went out! Noise complaints sent over to the office, ignored but rent is high as hell with no peace in your own home! This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time or money!"
"Be careful when you live here. They will add charges on your move out. Maintenance men lie about everything. I have been charged with the dishwasher that never worked. They said they changed it 3 months into my move in date. Almost 3 years later, it's the same. They spray tubs and shower, I was charged for that because it is peeling. There is a wear under the tile I can't touch, I've been charged for that. Whatever damage to the front door before I moved in, they charged me with that. I didn't think I would be scammed this bad. There is plenty more normal wear and tare they are charging me with. Please be careful and take lots of photos. Office people never go to your apartment. The maintenance man is the only person. Be careful they arrive without notice, and he walks around smoking in your apartment. We confronted him, he threatened and asked what we gonna do about it?""
