"Poor management I've been through two now, in almost 15months, both have shown they do not care about safety and well being of tenants. I have had to fight daily to try to get major leaks and issues taken care of. Really poorly constructed cabinets, goopy painted walls, bathtub/shower has all peeled off twice, no lights in bedroom or living room, fought over rough washing machine that nicks clothes told nothing can be done, a/c cools mostly bedroom and bathroom rest is warm needing multiple fans, rent increasing as units get worse, bubbles in ceilings from leaks, and I could go on and on. I hope they step up and do the right thing to fix issues that I've dealt with over a month now that can be real health issues."
"Very good three years spent at Westmount. They added a town center with ping pong table and a TV’s as well as a new playground for our sons. Yvonne was very helpful and easy to deal with."

I was behind on the my rent due to some financial difficulties and they were kind enough to work with me and help me get all caught up.
