"The office has been nothing but professional, courteous and helpful since I first looked at the place. The place looks great with all the greenery, and you can tell by the looks that it is maintained. Just moved in a month ago, and I work from home. Place is pretty quite and the office will send you an email if they are working on something, (water). Love it so far. Thanks to the great staff..."
"Haven’t gotten my blinds, cabinets are still missing in the kitchen, shower is a bit too low, other wise it’s been very quiet and comfortable for me. I wish they had a dog park for the dogs, and W/ D wish it was full size. . Staffing is very nice and very helpful , and very pleasant to talk to, very good customer service. I just wanted to say Thank you so very much to Sadee and Vanessa for taking care of me and my needs for my apartment very appreciated , such good customer service . I Love you guys!"
"Im approaching my times end at Westmount. This year I been staying here has decent to say the least the apartments are nice and not too expensive the area is safe, it’s quiet, and the people are nice. The only problem I can say I had with the property is the constant switches of property managers but what I can say is that property is always clean and they have really great maintenance guy JT, he always fast with the fixing problems, very nice and knowledge."
"Please don’t come live here especially if you have little ones. I’ve lived here almost a year and I’m just waiting for my contract to end to leave. Since I moved in crockcoaches have been living in the kitchen despite cleaning every day. I spoke to the managers about it and all they did was call a company to spray the room but it’s almost like if it didn’t do anything. I’ve tried to handle it myself but it seems like they are coming from the whole apartment complex. It’s really gross to see them every single day and on top of your kitchen countertops. I’ve had to throw away a lot of food because of it. Second, there is a change in managers almost every 2 months, and they can’t keep up with any requests you make towards the apartment. The washing machines are always broken and they never seem to clean the laundry room properly. The apartments may seem beautiful on the outside but there is so much going on in the inside. Not to mention there was one month where I had to pay $300 just for gas utility (not including water and trash utility). Look elsewhere if you can!!"
