"Within months of moving in, I encountered issues with low-quality appliances and poorly constructed cabinets that broke unexpectedly. Despite following the recommended process and filing a ticket on the website, I encountered difficulties as my designated apartment number could not be found in their system, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Additionally, the recent discovery of a sex offender moving in next door to me has understandably left me feeling uncomfortable, particularly as a renter living with a family of women. This unsettling situation has highlighted the importance of thorough research and caution when considering renting in this area. As a tenant, I feel it is essential to share my experience to caution others. While the convenience of the location may be appealing, potential renters should carefully weigh their options and consider looking elsewhere for a more secure and comfortable living environment."

"Been in these apartments for seven months now and have had constant issues with our unit and the complex. Almost every week the water is shut off with little to no notice. The hot water is hit or miss if it is going to work. The property manager brushed it off and says that it is not his problem. The property manager is inconvenienced whenever these issues are brought up along with other issues in the units. The on-sight laundry is not worth using for the price and the dryers never working. Your clothes will still be wet after adding extra time. The sidewalks are a hazard to residents because they become impossible to walk on when wet because of how slippery they are. My wife and other people have already fallen on property because of this and nothing has been done about it. The ladies in the office have been helpful along with maintenance but I worry about the property manager and his neglect with the property."

"Wow! My daughter will be relocating to attend Mesa CC and then ASU. I'm looking for potential apartments. I've read over 25 apartment complex reviews the last week. I'm sorry to say but this place was perfectly located, but looking at reviews and issues I wouldn't even consider this place. Wow. I wanted to see why it was a 3.0 and now I know. It seems pest control and general maintenance is beyond your capability. Having managed thousands of rental properties in my 60 years I would suggest you take some sort of aggressive action."

Courtney in maintenance is a rockstar and had all of my service orders completed first thing this morning. Any issue i have had management and maintenance are so quick to help. Love living here, thank you for all your hard work!"
