"Roxanne has been the biggest help with moving in and handling any problems/inconveniences with our apartment! We moved in about 2 months ago and the community is super quiet and pleasant. Roxanne has been an absolute super star with any questions or concerns we have and is always super attentive!"

"My move in experience here was amazing and the least stressful move I’ve had thus far. Janette and Roxanne were both very thorough, helpful and great with communication. My apartment was absolutely beautiful to walk into and I can tell they put all efforts forth to make sure it was ready and clean for me. They were able to get me in fast and ensure I was happy. "I have had a good experience living in my apartment but the management at this apartment complex is where it’s been lacking. Upon first moving in, I was having trouble with the delivery of my packages. They were giving my neighbors my codes for the amazon hub lockers. Luckily my neighbors were kind enough to bring me my packages but nothing was done on behalf of management to help me. I asked Stacey if I could get this fixed and she said it was amazon’s problem. I went back and forth with amazon and Stacey and even went as far as to track down an amazon employee and they said I had to ask the property manager to fix it and Stacey still didn’t believe me. I’ve been living at this apartment since March and it still has not been fixed. The next issue I had was with the key for the gym and pool. My key wasn’t working and I asked management for a replacement and they said it had to work, after I proved the key didn’t work. Stacey acted very unprofessional and gave me an absurd amount of keys (10+) to try out at the facility. It was her job to know which keys worked but I had to go try them out myself and only like 2 of the keys worked. After my second month of living here I had to pay rent. I went in a week before to set up the payment method for rent and I was rushed through the process and was told by Stacey that a money order was fine. I trusted her and paid with a money order, my roommate was informed a day later by an employee that it wasn’t done correctly and we had to do it again. After I contacted management to say that that’s what I was told, they kept denying it. I had to return the money order and figure it out on my own once again. I was also told that if I referred someone, I would receive $500. I was very upset because I referred one of my closest friends and they attempted to fill out the online application for the apartments twice and it didn’t work. He was finally able to do it over the phone but was never even asked about the referral which is managements job to ask. When he reached out to mention the referral, they said it was too late when it was a day after. The phone calls are recorded which has evidence of this occurring. We argued and were told this never happened. I am very tired of management telling me things in the moment and then taking it back afterwards and saying that it isn’t true. They are not taking responsibility for their mistakes and just blame their tenants instead. Finally, the maintenance team has also disappointed me. When I first moved in, the AC was broken and it wasn’t replaced until a week and a half later. Living in Arizona, this is a big issue. This was apparently caused because there was only one guy working because everyone else apparently quit probably due to the poor management at this location. I have loved living here; it’s like living a little community, everyone is very friendly. The apartments are nice but the management has disappointed me so much. There are many options to choose from, if the management remains the same, I don’t think I’ll sign the lease for another year which is very unfortunate."
