"Rent is affordable, 1159.00 for a 1 bedroom. They are half mile off the US 60 and have great move in specials. I got my 2nd months rent free with a lease of 12 months or more. And the unit has all brand new carpet and new paint. No washer/dryers in unit, which is a bummer but the location is good and the price is right."

"Genuinely the worst apartment I've ever lived in. When we moved in the apartment was filthy. Dust everywhere, the walls were falling apart and had holes in them, and there were roaches that had been painted over in the cabinets. Our air conditioner went out several times every summer and one year we had to go over a week without a functioning air conditioner in the dead of summer. Maintenance takes ages to properly address issues, and the office staff can never get their story straight. Always a different excuse depending on who you talked to. Speaking of the office staff, over the 3 years I lived here we went through 4 different property managers. The only one who was actually nice, Andie, got kicked out because she was actually fixing things and the owners didn't like to spend any money. There are so many roaches in the complex it made me sick. They're in the units and the laundry rooms and the office doesn't care. Also be prepared to get your water shut off for several hours every month so they can repair their dilapidated plumbing system. I never felt safe here, we had homeless people digging through the dumpsters and sleeping on the playground on a regular basis, and the police helicopters are in the area almost every night. All in all, I feel bad for whoever has to move into this place next. Hopefully the owners sell it to a decent company soon and then this place around."

"My family and myself have lived here for 1 and a half years now. Let me say firstly that Habis has greatly turned this place around in the last 6 months. It feels like a community again! Ive seen alot of the people who were the most disruptive leave. The police presence is less than half what it was a year ago (about normal now for any complex). Habis is very proactive in resolving issues he can, it is obvious he is doing what he can and is making progress. Its an older complex, built in the early 80's. Some of the apliances are older but they are well maintained and work well. The landscaping staff are on site multiple times a week cleaning and taking care of the grass in the common areas. The swimming pools and playgrounds are clean and well maintained. The on site maintenance crew are working all day to catch up on work orders. My last several requests where resolved withen 24 hours of requesting. They have worked to replace all the burnt out exterior lighting fixtures which has had a positive effect on the parking lots. I can see progress being made! This complex has a good mix of lifestyles living here. The west side is quiet and would be ideal for childless couples. The east side has a large playground next to the swimming pool and there is a small army of children playing in it on a daily basis. Parents leave their doors open and the army of children will make their rounds to say hello to all the mothers, very friendly... On the weekends the parents will often gather in front of the patios and share a beer. Every child knows where they can find a parent if needed. The rent is competitive. Of course Id like to pay less but its acceptable. At the end of the day I would recommend this place."

"Have lived here over 6 years. Erica in the office is very friendly and helpful. Mario and John are wonderful in keeping everything up to par in the apartments, as well as the grounds. Very nice, quiet and peaceful place to call your home. Thank you Sorrento."

"We've been here for a little over a year, and are very happy with our apartment. The leasing office staff are ALL very friendly, and are willing to work to resolve issues. The maintenance crew, although sometimes backed up with orders, work diligently to get the job done, and are very friendly!"
