"STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The price was not worth it. We were living here for 4 years for the price ...worst mistake. There is a conspiration between the Terrible Unprofessional and beyond rude Manager Janet and the Maintenance people. They are gossiping people as well , they did not do the job done because they feel supported by the Manager . One night, Due the incompetent maintenance , my significant other went to the bathroom and the stool overflowed when flushed .( Because maintenance were working on the second level pipes and did not the follow up cleaned the first floor pipes flow)They blame on me for the overflow without any prove. In a few words , we ended with 24 hrs eviction and criminal charges on the top due the disrespectful rude maintenance crew. Recently, after to be evicted, they pretending to pay all the damages for the toilet overflow and more for " Broken Leasing agreement" How come? WE WERE EVICTED! At the civil court , the Manager Janet, swear on false against a man with a gun from the same apartment complex ; She stated, the man threated on her, but the people to were witnesses at the incident showed me the video when that man was threatened a woman next door not to the manager. BE AWARE. they are people without scruples looking for an excuse to evict you. I'm still wondering how the Apartments Corporate Offices could not noticed , or they don't care about all the money spended by The Manager Janet just her ineptitud. For last thing, Don't believe those anonymous reviews" notice all are good . Strange, right?"

"I’m really loving my apartment…. I just can’t express how pissed annoyed and stressed it makes me of all the cars in the parking area for the tenant…. I’m in the middle and am always parking at the freaking dumpsters…. Usually there is at least 3 cars right in front of our entrance that have no parking stickers and more all around… my opinion, we should be able to report them and they should receive a warning and be towed the next time …. It’s ridiculous And not fair to us that pay rent…."

"This has been a great place for my wife and I to raise our daughter. Maintenance is quick and responsive, the rent is reasonable (and includes utilities) and the office staff has been helpful. The water does get shut off occasionally, but the office gives plenty of notice whenever they can. We have enjoyed living here and are very satisfied!"

"I don't know what's with all the complaining. The buildings are old and will need repairs regularly. It happens. Especially with the trees growing into the pipes. Its more economical to not take out all the trees and spend tons of money and not have to raise our rent. I wouldn't personally prefer that. And with the notifications concerning the pipes...we got emails and paper notifications. What are people on about? And Janet is usually very nice to me and my girlfriend here. I don't know what all the fuss is about with that. Well since we started living here back from March 2022- Now, I have had no complaints. The AC works great (especially in the summer), no gang related activities, its clean and peaceful, and the maintenance is very nice and helpful. And they get the job done, too! And how can you beat down a place with all utilities included at a decent price? Come on! Its a great place!"

"They turn the water off at least once a month with 0 notice. The “notice” they claim to give is a paper taped to the stair railing for each building. I work from home so I often don’t see the notice until AFTER they turn the water off. They choose not to email the residents notice in advance or of any kind, probably so they don’t have a record of how many times they turn off the water. The leasing office ladies are less than helpful. This time, the water was off 9/7 then came back on at night, but was then shut off from 9/8 to 9/10 at about noon, consecutively. When I tried to go find where they were working on the property to fix the issue, I couldn’t find anyone or any holes. Nothing to show why the water was off for 3 days with 0 notice and offered 0 other accommodations. The maintenance staff is the only aspect of this complex I enjoy. They aren’t always qualified to fix some of the repairs but they always treat me with respect and say hi to me. I have a horrible bug problem where every summer my bathroom is overrun by ants no matter how clean it’s kept. I will be filing a complaint with the city about the water issues."
