"This place is 100% a scam “Luxury living” is nothing but a shameful marketing tactic and they abuse it This is a “gated community” where they don’t even fix the gates. The exit gate has been open for 6 straight months, has not moved 1 inch. Let that be the precursor of what’s about to unfold because this place is nothing but new paint over some old walls and is now called luxury. -1/5 stars Highly do not recommend The amenities are always broken or vandalized and that includes the laundry rooms. So what you pay for you might not even get to use You can pay your rent online and still get charged almost 9$ for “paper payment fee” 50% of these people don’t pick up after their dogs so there are always flys around You’re going to hear a helicopter about twice a day The unprofessionalism and lack of communication over small details will cost big bucks you in the long run. The following pictures are the roaches I found in the unit ALIVE but to the leasing office it was “ready for move in” I got put into a different unit than what I originally signed for. You’re going to pay the community’s bills on top of your own as well for the MOST BASIC appliances. My whole kitchen looks like it’s from the 80s yet they call it’s luxury living. This list doesn’t even end there and I have a lot more photos. So you might want to think twice before wasting time, money and energy to villetta The best part about this place will be leaving"

"I have been here for about 3 months now. The dishwasher has not worked since moving in and still has not been replaced. I have submitted 3 work orders in regards to this and nothing has been done. I had to replace the extender for the shower myself because maintenance was not showing up for almost a week. I have tried sending the receipt to the assistant manager but her mailbox is always full so there is no way of submitting it. People below me are so ghetto they hang their laundry outside. Dogs always barking everywhere, and the police are always on the property. I don’t watch drama shows anymore because there is always some type of drama happening here."

"Super glad i checked out this place, i love all the green and how well kept these apartments are. But what convinced me to sign a lease and move in was definitely Oscar, super charismatic and incredibly helpful. Its always great to know that you've got a good front office! Edit: been living here for a bit now and I absolutely love it, such a peaceful and respectful neighborhood. If you're considering Villetta I'd highly recommend it."

"I stayed here for 1 year in 2020. I wasn’t able to move in until 2 weeks after the date that was agreed upon. When I arrived I was given a different apartment than I was originally told. The apartment was disgusting upon arrival and 20 years outdated. Roaches roaches roaches! Constantly turning water off without warning. Laundry facilities are dirty and constantly out of service. Trash piles up and smells. No parking. My car was stolen while staying here and when I asked about any footage or ideas staff had no answers or sympathy. Was charged for 2 months after agreed leave date and when I contacted leasing office about it they threatened to send it to debt collectors. Constant gun shots, engines reving, and very rude neighbors. DO NOT RENT HERE. UPDATE: Leasing office has reached out to try and “remedy” my experience but then never replied after I inquired about that offer. They have ignored any further inquiries. They don’t care about their tenets at all. I am looking into legal assistance now."

"Admirable front office service. Move in was easy and quick. Our unit had updated counters, appliances, and carpet. The amenities are such a huge plus, too! The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is due to the fact our move in was delayed because they claimed they were cleaning it. There were several things not functioning or very dirty on move in day. They were quickly taken care of by maintenance, but it was still disappointing. All in all, I love these apartments."
