"WARNING!!!! They absolutely will enter your apartment if you don't answer the door, I'm filing a police report, this man, who said he was the pest control, would not remove himself from my apartment after unlocking my door, until I started to scream to get out... I already have SEVERE anxiety and this is NOT this first time, I have also heard from other tenants of this happening, there is no notice or anything... Don't move in here if you value anything you own or your own personal space and sanity... This place has been issues from day 1 with the cockroaches alone, they're updating apartments but refuse to answer calls and won't fix anything in the other apartments!!!!"
"My son and I had the pleasure of having Victor give us a tour of a beautiful 3 bedroom unit. He was kind, genuine and honest. We had a great time touring the complex and are excited to apply. Thank you Victor for being so great!!"
"I was looking for a renovated apartment so I came to Central on Broadway. They have amazing renovated units. They have an open floor plan and are very modern! Everyone in the office is super awesome but the leasing agent Victor is awesome at his Job and very informative. He was a Great on tour and made me want to live here. Thanks Victor!"
"Lived there for 15 months. Police came in the apartment to arrest someone for many times. One unit was on fire. Very unsafe place. Inside the unit, it is really old. Many equipments have issues. When you move out, all your deposit will be charged even if there is nothing damaged."
