"Lived here from August 2018-February 2020. It was a good first apartment you are close to plenty shopping and entertainment and the free ways are all near by. During spring training it gets really crowded but other than that never had issues with leaving for work etc.. no assigned parking but never had issues with parking My issues were you could smell the smoke it your neighbors smoked, could hear everything going on outside all times.. expect a lot of broken or cheap appliances,. No dishwasher, the stove was old and I felt scared too use it most of the time.. oh I was upstairs and I could hear myself walking so I can only Imagine what the people on first floor went through.. Neighbors were nice I kept to myself so didn’t have issues. Pay your rent on time and just be honest with the managers and they will work with you."

"Update.... Rent is raised to 1100 now. Knowing our ac is not working good when summer hits and they won’t fix it. Read and research the reviews other tenants in other units have same issue with AC not working that good. we cannot endure another summer in this unit. We had to sleep in living room verses bedroom because it was so hot even with air in it just does not work good in summer you will be miserable. Big problem with mold too. If you are looking to not be miserable in the summer because the ac dies not work good then I would not recommend moving here. For the price you can have better. apartments don’t take written repair requests it’s all over the phone. And they don’t allow you to move into a better apt unit with better air conditioning if yours is not working at maximum. Not happy with this place Update... we have been here 2 years plus and just not getting better. So the repair guy came again last weekfor AC because it doesn’t blow cool like the model unit I’m the summer. The repair guy came at 7am! We have reported this at least 10 times through out the time we have lived here. They never fix it. Not sure why we thought would be any different. That’s not the time to test the temperature because it’s cooler in the morning. All he said was it’s normal. We asked for them to come when you can see the temp is hot and they just say the same thing. They will not fix the ac at all. Now we are told our rent is being raised to $1000/month. I would not recommend apt 209. I don’t want anyone else falling into the trap of renting in the summer and your miserable because they won’t fix the Ac in that apartment. Just a heads up. We do appreciate Robin in the office with her kindness and always positive. We like speaking with her. And Marcy is nice. Wouldn’t recommend here if you are looking to control your own Ac or heat. in the summer it is hot but hardly any cool air comes out like their model unit they show you when you are looking at the spots. That unit is really cold yet our unit ended up nothing close to how cool that air was in there. I have to sleep in living room in summer because it's so hot in room even with AC on. and the office says nothing they can do when you call them to fix it. They do control it. Been here for a couple years. A lot of activity of in and out. Update'''' We moved out and it was smooth and no surprise billing except the carpet cleaned. We had to pay $60 for it when we were supposed to get it free before moving out. So be careful and make sure you ask about cleaning carpet move out"

"Lived here from 2017- 2019 and enjoyed my time there. No problems with management (Kaitlyn was great), neighbors, or the area. They were always understanding whenever I brought something to their attention, and I wouldn't hesitate to live there again. Highly recommend these apartments. The friends that I have still living there really enjoy the new management."

"As with most apartments, reviews are unfair. This is a real person who understands you get what you pay for, and just needed a temporary set up. $660/mo for a studio 6-month lease including all utilities, what more can you ask for? Laundry room is clean and never crowded, I leave clothes unattended and sometimes forget them and have never had a problem. The complex is quiet, grounds are clean, and apartment staff helpful. It is right next to the 101, close to ASU, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Marketplace, and a walk away from Cubs training camp. I ran across a few bugs but I can't name a place I haven't, it's life. It is a nice quiet place with either maintenance or security on duty most if not all of the time? I would run at night and felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood as well. The one time I had a maintenance request it was completed within the next hour. If your a respectful neighbor and pay your rent you will be A okay. The only complaint I have is it smelt of stale cigarette smoke when I moved in. I managed to get rid of it through ventilation and a lot of different combinations of air fresheners and candles. If I need a temporary little place for just myself in the future I would return."

"Having read all these other reviews I am honestly astonished. It had to double check the address to make sure they were referencing the same apartment complex that I live in! I have lived here over a year now (I signed my second lease back in October) and I've never been happier. The staff is always so polite, helpful and they host appreciation parties every three months where they have free food and give out free gifts! As far as the downsides go, there are some I'll admit. The complex does have AC, despite what these other naysayers claim, but they operate on a seasonal basis. From late Spring to early fall, you can run the AC to your heart's content. But when it gets too cold, they switch it so that your heater operates instead. I can't say I completely agree with this, since Arizona is the way it is there is only about a month where I could honestly say I didn't 'need' the AC, but then again I prefer to be cold and I've never used my heater once. My other complaint would be that the kitchen is much too small for my liking, I really wish they had some alternate floor plans available! As far as maintenance is concerned, I've had them out half a dozen times for various odds and ends, from one of my cabinet doors not staying closed to the time I accidentally crushed a sake cup in my garbage disposal and jammed it. I've never been charged a fee for having them come by and they've always been very prompt in resolving my issues. The one time I was late on my rent because I simply forgot? They waived my late fee. When it came time to sign a new lease? They actually showed an interest in keeping me as a resident. I got a free visit from a professional carpet shampooing company for my whole apartment and a month of free rent! My last apartment complex seemed only to happy to show me the door. Needless to say, your results may vary so take all these negative reviews with a grain of salt."
