"My name is Neil Sherman, and my Company has been managing this property since March 1st of this year. We unfortunately inherited a bit of a disaster courtesy of the previous management company, however we have done our best to turn things around over there (ie; on-site maintenance, brand new parking lot, soon to be completed exterior paint, mailboxes, and landscaping, etc). I find it truly unfortunate that previous residents such as Omar Dyles have been making outrageous and inflammatory comments on here based on a complete fabrication of events, and then trying to make us out to be racists (for the record, NO ONE in this office ever said a word about "Jim Crow Laws"). He barged in unexpected and uninvited demanding money that we hadn't yet received from the previous management company, and was asked to leave. If he had simply left that would have been the end of it. I had every right to tell him I would call the police if he didn't leave, and it had absolutely NOTHING to do with the color of his skin. In closing, we run a tight ship here and take excellent care of our residents, and if anyone has something they would like to discuss they can feel free to call me any time."

"Don't move here. This mgt company doubled the rent, threw everyone out on the street but not before they stole all our rental assistance after they signed papers saying they would halt evictions. No the day the got the check they locked us out. And kept all the extra money we were given. They took my deposit, and $5400 and $1000 on their water billand never took the debt off my credit. It still says I owe. They did this to the whole complex. Don't let them tell you it was the prior mgt. It was marketedge."

"I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here because it would be too cruel. Only been here a month and the lazy property management has fixed nothing in apartment. Doorbell, lights, front door lock all broken. Not to mention parking lot is filled with broken pieces of concrete and there are shards of Glass EVERYWHERE NO EXAGGERATION. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here. Even if they tell you the deposit is free. RUN! This place is a hazard"

"When me and my fiance first had the move in meeting we were told late fee would be charged 100 after a few days to a week not a day after. So now our rent wen from about 1237 to 1403 within a day, after stating we had got new jobs and would pay as soon as possible through the portal. So now because of u my 15 week pregnant wife and I might be homeless within five days as the gave us a break of lease and charged us an exa 100 for that. They don't care weather they throw a 15 week pregnant wife on the streets"

"This used to be a great place to live. It was kept up, lots a nice folks here. Since new property mgt this place has completely gone down. Rent more than doubled. And it’s overtaken by squatters in all the vacant apt. They took the assistance money and still evicted their tenants. It’s trashed , run down, green pool, dirty laundry room, no upkeep at all. Fines fees galore. ShAdy acres now! I would not move here. It’s not worth the money at all anymore. They steal your money and put you out. Let squatters move. In. And roaches cuz pest control your responsibility."
