"I have had the pleasure of residing at The Maxwell at Cooley Station for the past couple of months now, and I am delighted to share my positive experience with the community, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by my leasing agent, Silver Williams. From the moment I expressed interest in the apartment complex, Silver demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that truly set the tone for my entire transition. Moving with a child can be a challenging experience, but Silver went above and beyond to ensure that our move was seamless and stress-free. She addressed all my concerns promptly, provided clear information about the leasing process, and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. The apartment complex itself has exceeded my expectations in terms of both amenities and community atmosphere. The well-maintained grounds, modern facilities, and thoughtful design make The Maxwell at Cooley Station a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. The attention to detail in the maintenance of the property is evident, creating a welcoming environment for residents. One aspect that has truly stood out to me is the sense of community fostered by The Maxwell at Cooley Station. Neighbors are friendly, and the communal spaces are inviting, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. This has been especially important for my child, who has quickly found friends in the neighborhood. I am so pleased with my experience that I am seriously considering extending my lease to a future date. The positive living environment, coupled with the outstanding service provided by Silver Williams, has made The Maxwell at Cooley Station more than just a residence—it's a home where I feel valued and well taken care of. In conclusion, I would highly recommend The Maxwell at Cooley Station to anyone seeking a well-managed, welcoming community with top-notch customer service. Silver Williams has been an instrumental part of my positive experience, and I am grateful for her dedication to making my transition to this community a smooth and enjoyable one."

"It's a new apartment with bright patio furniture at an average maybe even small pool for the size of apartments..Pet.friendly grounds...Apartment has stainless steel fridege and dishwasher..and desk nook for studying...state of art, new gymn equipment and upstairs club house.. Furniture is modern and they offer free coffee and water bottle. Smart apartment and is run by your phone.. internet is not included. Water sewage trash is one bill and is added to rent. You pay electric and cable and internet. Grounds are clean. And we'll keep.. The manager is friendly and professional. Location next to Charter school and post office.. starbucks and other fast food are a walk away.. High School is just around the corner.. Downfall..no patio.. no dog wash n or dog park..little amenities. and average size and lower price than local apartments but not by much. Out of 5. I rate it a $$ for.price. and a 2 for.amenities because pool is way to small.. and no jacuzzi.."

"Concerns: - Health: - - Asbestos and Lead exposure: the quarantined and abandoned ASU housing is directly across the street (see picture) - - Noise: middle of Power Road (busy road in Gilbert/Mesa) - - Amenities: No furniture elevators Praise Points: - Location (best place for ASU students): - - Across the street from Polytechnic campus - - Huge shopping centers 1 light away, going any of the other 3 directions away from ASU: - - - North: Target, Party City, Walmart Supercenter, Goodwill - - - West: Various Cooley Station malls/shopping centers. Fry's, Best Buy - - - South: Home Depot - Price: - - Cheapest apartments in/near Cooley Station and ASU. I believe the other reviews on cost didn't account for location. One of the nearest apartments was already $450 more than these. - Amenities: Pool, Covered Parking, Decent Gym."

"If you love trashy camping chairs, folding chairs, furniture and bikes all over the porch of tons of the units, then this place is for you!!! Before moving in, when the place was only open a couple months, we noticed things like this and they assured us that it wasn’t allowed and it would be cleaned up. That was in November and he we are in May and the problem still hasn’t been dealt with. We have made SEVERAL requests for the issues to be fixed but they just ignore it. We didn’t sign up to live in a dump. It’s embarrassing to bring anyone over when there are folding chairs, camping chairs etc all over the place. It even says in the contract that this isn’t allowed. We are trying to vacant early to find somewhere else who actually follow through with maintains the property but they are trying to intimidate us with attorneys and acceleration of rent. They are the ones not holding up their end of the lease agreement. I think 6 months of living with this trash everywhere is enough. They had plenty of time to fix this but they won’t, so we want out. How do they expect anyone to hold up their end of the contract when they don’t hold up theirs. I would love to be able to contact the owners of the property to explain how management is completely unprofessional and makes false promises."

"A current resident at cabana power and it’s exceeded all my expectations. I toured the grounds in February and Annabelle at the front desk was super accommodating! She answered all my questions and even allowed me pick and view my own unit before I signed the lease. The application process was very seamless, took 2-4 days to have everything signed. Allison at the front office has been a star! She answered all the silly questions I had concerning the apartment. Cabana Power is brand new, so all the amenities and appliances are brand new. The location is very convenient as the freeway is only 8 minutes drive away. It is also super close to santan village and close to the groceries and gas stations. Things to note about the apartment, there are no ceiling fans which is super ridiculous as we live in Arizona lool (I installed mine). You have to pay extra for washer/dryer (a bit crazy to me seeing as rent is already so high lol) they do have 2 laundry rooms. Lastly, there’s no elevators so if you live in the third floor, get ready to carry everything up the stairs. The only con I have is people refusing to clean up after their dogs!!! It’s such a beautiful environment but people just refuse to pick up after their dogs and it’s rather annoying. Would be great if cabana could strictly enforce this! All in all, I’ve had a great experience so far and I’m hoping it stays that way."
