"Moved in 3yrs ago to an apt that was still being remodeled. Landlord had excuses all the time . There are better Apts for the same price or cheaper. Dumpster areas n sidewalks always trashy. For a gated community there are many people around who don't live or belong here. They don't even have cameras."

"You're being warned, if you want to live in peace and not hear out of control kids running around the entire complex screaming 24/7, go elsewhere. The walls and windows are paper thin so you'll hear everything. People don't monitor their kids and they're allowed to run wild with no regards to other tenants. The neighbors will jump and run very hard above your head and nothing will be done about it. Maintenance will have an attitude all day and not want to fix anything. Don't trust any 5 star ratings because a gift card drawing was offered in exchange for those false ratings. Don't believe the rent being advertised. There are a lot of other fees that will be tacked on each month so rent will be over $1600. You come out better finding a decent newly built apartment where low income isn't accepted & property management handles unruly tenants allowing kids to disturb the peace all day. Stray cats will crawl on your car and scratch it up. Tenants will feed the strays and maintenance and the property manager will walk right by and ignore it. The parking lot is trashy most of the time. Drug addicts are always in the dumpsters. There are so many negative things to list and I know this will be hidden most likely. So hopefully you see this and listen to this warning to run the other way ASAP!"

"just moved here in august with my little family and it has been great honestly. had a small issue at the beginning and it was fixed quickly, maintenance being on on site helped a lot. Cindy is super nice and just happy to call this place home !"

"I have lived here for 2 years now and just signed a new lease. Since I 1st moved in it has changed for the better in so many ways. In the past little over a year now the manager was changed to Cindy and now things are getting done. She is awesome!!! Larry is a great and only maintenance man since shortly after I moved in. Towards end of summer got new pool deck furniture!!!!. So many recent changes for the better!!!!"

Ms.Cindy and maintenance is very understanding and will work will you as long as you communicate with them and I also got my sister to move in the complex as well. Love it here plus no bugs And they have a maintenance guy on site ❤️"
