"DO NOT rent here if you value your belongings. To be clear, the apartment itself is just fine. Lot of space for the price. And we haven't had any problems with bugs, like so many others have mentioned. But we've had too many things stolen and have had to put up cameras. 3 bikes were stolen off our fenced-in patio. They were triple locked so they were stolen by more than one person, and had to have been lifted over the rail at one time. Our shed was pryed open. And forget having any packages delivered. They will be stolen by porch pirates. Think it's better with an apartment closer to the office? Nope. If you do rent here, make sure to inspect all appliances and run them through full cycles before signing your lease. It takes months to get repairs completed."

"We just moved in. We have a good experience so far with Glen at Mesa. The unit was clean and and I good working condition. Britny has been great to work with, she showed us a similar unit since the one we wanted was not available yet. She was able to answer all our questions. Tania helped us when we picked up our keys, she went over everything in the Welcome Packet, which was very helpful. The one star drop was because it was difficult to get someone on the phone consistently. When we left a message, we did not always get a call back."

"I recently moved in & it was a really easy process. The apartment was beautiful the day of move in & my fiance loves having his own closet. I absolutely love the water pressure. The leasing manager Britney was so amazing & patient during the process with me, I really appreciated the fact that she was very understanding as well."

"We lived here for a year and there were roaches from day 1! We didn't even have our belongings moved in yet and the roaches were all throughout the apartment! Supposedly they renovated our apartment and I definitely saw no signs of that! It took forever for us to receive our deposit back and it wasn't even the full amount! 2 whole months of excuses! I am pissed and we need the rest of our money because that apartment was left in tip top shape despite the roaches taking over the bathroom and every other room! Don't even get me started about the pigeon poop all over our balcony which is a health hazard and they eventually came to fix the problem but left some pigeon poop on the light post. Somebody stole our bike off our balcony and lastly everytime we would ask about the cut off date to pay your rent to avoid a late fee they always gave us a different date and tried to convince us that it was always the same day. Bottom line I want the rest of my damn money! I have two kids that are young so living in a roach infested apartment was super unhealthy and I should have reported this complex for their negligence in the matter because I'm sure they knew there was an infestation to begin with. Not once did they offer to move us to a different apartment when we first moved in to at least avoid dealing with that roach problem they just offered the extermination services every week which does nothing for an infestation. Those roaches were in the walls!"

"I am giving a 5 star for the maintenance guy Noel. He went over and beyond to make sure that we had hot water. My issue with the hot water heater started on Sunday, January 28th. It was just replaced today, February 1st with a brand new one. He was the only one that called and came out to look at the water heater on Sunday. I will definitely give Cameron and any other maintenance guy zero stars since Cameron and any other maintenance guy/s never called or came out to look at the water heater. Having a great maintenance guy is key to this community and Noel surpasses that. Kayla, thank you again for taking the time to speak with me yesterday about the water heater!"
