"Depending on "who it is", you know lives in the complex, or which/what day you decide to stop by for a visit, it's a bit of a grimy crowd. Randomly & without notice you could be subject to police involvement in all sorts of things, including but not limited to: being thouroughly searched (even if you have absofreakinglutely nothing to do with your biddies probation status). The maintenance man(1) is very kind, helpful & has definitely been/made/makes a HUGE difference in the way things run at that complex. If you're looking for a quiet place I would not recommend this apartment complex, it seems there's a common illusion-type effect of a more quiet stay, but reality trumps - it's VERY busy during the day. The neighbors are always very nice & courteous towards each other, that sort of thing, but don't get it twisted, common human decency is STILL a thing & it'd benefit anyone who practices the art of being nice & open minded in particular here. Mmkay. Hope this is helpful to everyone!✌️"
