"It’s Friday. 2pm. No sign on the door. The door is locked. I just want to use The gym. I don’t understand why they charge 2,000 a month and they say that there is a gym available during office hours, and 9 times out of 10, I go during office hours and am locked out. I knocked. I called. NO ONE ANSWERED OR SHOWED UP AFTER 10 minutes, so I went back to my apartment. This IS THE NORM HERE."
"This place was so gross. People would leave their trash out in the hallways, stairwell, and parking lot. It made for a terrible stench anytime you’d walk down the hallway over the weekend. Management was apathetic when I asked for them to intervene, and couldn’t care less about their community turning into a dump. Unfortunately the walls were also very thin, to where I could hear the regular volumed conversations of my neighbors- I knew their kids names, what plans they had for the day, and I could definitely hear all the screaming/fighting that occurred. I’m so relieved to not live there anymore."
