"Lived here for almost 10 years until I moved out. Honestly not sure how they’re still in business. The place was a real mess and almost every apartment is infested by roaches or other insects. I’ve never even seen the pool cleaned and at some point it was full on DARK GREEN. The hot water was constantly turned off when I used to live here but I’m not sure if they fixed that by now. Constant helicopter/police activity nearby or at the complex if you’re wary of that. Good luck to whoever finds their self here!"
"Super shady apartments. I was greeted very professionally and chose to submit an application. They lied to me and said I could lock in a unit and move in asap but was strung on for a month. They finally gave me a cost sheet and promise of move in but even after paying I was still made to wait and was not even given the original unit I "locked in" scummy shady and put me and my family through a lot of unnecessary hardship."
"By far thee worst complex ever! It was good no complaints until we got new office managers, first time since I lived there where my car got towed twice. Second time they said my parking sticker expired-the office swears they gave notice but I never received anything since then I’ve been trying for a whole week to get a sticker time after time was told the manager would come back to give me the sticker but she never came back I’ve left voicemail after voicemail with no response, also not to mention that I’m already paying for parking but for some reason they can’t manage stay open until 530 pm which the closing hours to just give me a parking sticker that I’m already paying. So just to avoid getting towed I’m having to park elsewhere!!! Would not recommend this complex to anyone!!!!!"
