"Well at least they didn't shut off the AC before December, but good luck cooling down your $1000 a month studio with the amount of cigarette smokers polluting the air. Can't even open a window when it's nice outside."
"DO NOT RENT HERE!! These apartments are way to overpriced for how old they are. The Agents might not give you a email or a notice of a inspection and will walk in your apartment without warning . I barely get hot water and the water is so contaminated all you smell is chlorine. They also cover up a bunch of mold with paint."
"Had a viewing with Jorja today and she was absolutely fantastic about the whole process. She answered all of my questions and was very honest with me about my more straightforward inquiries. The surrounding is questionable but she really brings the comfort and assurance that it is Blue Steel patrolled"
"Spoke yo Jorja’ about the possibility of leasing w Sonoran palms. I didnt have an appt and she was accommodating and showed me two rooms today. She was also helpful breaking everything down."
"Management was friendly, and helpful. The only complaint I'd have is it's not the best neighborhood, but the apartments themselves were average. Not super nice, but not trashy either. If you're in a tough spot, which is where I was at, it's a good place to crash."
