"I had to come back and edit this review. I hate it here. It's like living in a dormitory. You hear all of your neighbors its terrible, and I'm on the top floor. The roaches are awful. As soon as the maintenance man left, they threw me a welcome party, tried to cook for me and all. It's safe to say if I survive 12 months I won't renew this lease. If I can get out early I would. At this point I could just live out of my car and get a gym membership."

"Wish I could leave a zero star. Place was bought and sold 3 times since I’ve been there. Management was all over the place. My toilet, sink, and dishwasher never worked. The roaches were so bad I tried to figure out a way to charge them rent. One of the tenants was selling drugs and tried to break into my apartment. A few months later he fired off a gun in the middle of the complex. And when I moved out they screwed me with another months rent and sent it to collections. Hard pass on this place. It’s trash and the management is trash. Edit: nice try saying I havent lived there. I was in apt 1031"

"Ashlee was a great tours guide. The grounds seem lovely, quiet, and well-maintained. Apartments are older and unless you can afford all the upgrades you will have to be flexible with what you want. Kitchen is very tight too. Looking forward to it being a starter apartment."

"Lived here for a year. Kept our apartment squeaky clean. Never had a late payment. Told by the previous manager we were model residents. The community living here is cool all the residents are nice. But let me get into the actually living situation. First day they told us it’d be ready at 3pm to move in. we show up and they hadn’t even touched our apartment yet and tried sending in the cleaning ladies at 4pm who did a horrible job while we waited with everything outside the apartment when we finally got it in at 6pm. It’s infested with scorpions, got about 4-5 a month in our apartment during the summer months. Maintenance works hard but admits they don’t have the budget to actually make anything nice or new. They replaced our broken toilet with an old toilet covered in piss. Took them 3 times to fix our broken sink replacing the broken ones with more broken ones until finally they just fixed all the water damage that was caused and I just kept a bucket under my sink because I gave up. Replaced our broken fridge with another broken fridge that dumped water all over the kitchen at random times and sounded like a truck turning on. Fire in our apartment where my water dispenser exploded (thankfully I was home) and they said they’d paint over the damaged walls and never did. The apartments are old and everything is super outdated it looks nothing like the pictures online. We were told they don’t have the budget to fix up apartments anymore before renting them out again they just “clean it” (they didn’t for us anyways) and move on to the next. Nobody is ever in the office and nobody ever answers the phone. They can’t answer a single question just tell you “unfortunately” every other word. Just turned in our keys and they want to charge us an extra $75 + whatever they feel applicable because they wanted to charge us a full months worth of rent for the last 8 days we lived here and their system isn’t set up to do prorated payments so “they got charged $50”"
