"I don't think i can even put into words how to describe how much i HATED living here. Let's start off with the homeless people who slept in the pool chairs & on the sidewalks. The leasing company/ office is the biggest joke, no one is ever on property to know what's going on or to assist with repairs needed. Getting anything fixed, good luck. It took 2 months to get a new dishwasher. The floors creak anytime you move so you have to tip toe around your home, to not irritate your neighbors. The AC units go out frequently. A majority of the neighbors are rude, entitled & act like they're the only people living here. No one ever picks up their dog poop so watch where you're stepping. Also good luck parking because no one can seem to drive or park straight in the spots. Don't think you're going to get a good nights sleep with their 1 ply windows because neighbors let their dogs howl at all hours without a care in the world of other people. Be careful of the dogs who are constantly off leash due to the irresponsible dog owners. Also the empty units they rent out as air bnbs so be prepared for air bnb guests to take parking spots. If i could give this place 0 stars that would be up instead of 1."
"false advertising for pricing online. only shows upgraded apartments attached to the non updated price. office management doesn’t read through your application either you have to repeat everything you spent time including in the application back to them. waste of money."
"I love this small apt complex. Best friend in HS lives here & now I'm staying with a friend here. Sadly, lease is up at end of the month & the rent is going up $350. Time to find a new home. ☹️"
