"It’s a great place to live. Friendly neighbors, excellent management. Maintenance can sometimes take a while, but Loui, the manager, is pretty on the ball and makes sure things get done. I rented a place with my aunt, and have been away for a few months, but am returning, and though the reasons I’m coming back aren’t great, I look forward to working with a great complex manager like Loui. The residents are all very friendly. As a blind person, I generally find them very helpful if i get lost/disoriented as well."
"We have been living here a year now and there is nothing I can say negative about this place. These are the first apartments I ever lived in and I can say it’s very affordable. The manager, Loui, is very helpful, understanding and friendly. You can come to him for anything and he will help you with everything. The location is perfect we are near the 202 and Mesa Riverview so food and groceries is only 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone ."
"I have recently move here and was very impressed with my Apartment. I am still paying about $20-$30 less from where I was just down the street. Now I have a full size washer and dryer and bigger rooms. From talking to some of my neighbors previous management was not doing so good back in 2016, but now with the current Manager Louis who I rented from and was very nice, friendly and helpful to me and my family., things are being updated, and he is doing a lot. Which is really cool"
