"My husband and I have loved living here and just re-upped our lease for another year. Every time we've reached out to the leasing office they have responded with an in-depth answer within a day or two. If there ever is an issue with the unit, the maintenance techs are quick to respond and very kind, always going above and beyond to make sure we are living in comfort. I've never lived in a complex with such understanding and efficient staff."

"Jaqui, office manager, is wonderful! Jose' - maintenance was always so friendly and accommodating! The Pool is kept crystal clear; and having the Riverview Park across the street was great for walking the dogs."

"Made an appointment yesterday for a tour at 11am today. Arrived at 10:50. Waited in front of the completely empty leasing office until 11:25. Asked the neighbors - the maintenance is top-tier, but with nobody ever bothering to be at the leasing office, this place is still one I wouldn't ever recommend renting at."

"My boyfriend and I moved in here 2 months ago, since the first day we moved in it hasn’t been great. Starting off we thought we were getting a different floor plan because when we applied it had a different one attached turns out that was a lie on the website and it it it didn’t have the loft we thought we were getting but we moved from out of state and didn’t have any other options even tho that’s deceiving. The apartment is fine but the management is horrible. Our maintenance requests are never done we had to fix our own dishwasher and our microwave has been broken for 3 weeks and whenever they say they will be there at a certain time they never are it’s an hour or two later. We both work full time jobs and I can’t just wait here all day on my days off waiting for them after they said they would already be here to fix the issue. Never someone in the office except for a temp who doesn’t know what she’s doing and is the only person I’ve seen in the office since the day we moved in. no request or complaint is dealt with and they never contact me or email me about anything even tho I’m on the lease too. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were moving from out of state I would not have moved in here. The only reason we’re here because they were the fastest option."

"I moved into my townhouse Jan 2020 and it has since then changed management teams. It has also changed on site help as well. The new company has changed property managers with the exception of Jenny with Conam she is amazing she attempts to handled several properties all at one time. I can send an email to Jenny and usually I get an email or call the same day even though there is no one in the front office. Jenny handles things well and if I have an issue on problem I call her directly. Other than someone being available daily I really haven't had an issue. The maintenance staff is on point as soon as I put in a request it gets handles with 24-48hrs."
