"Management is great, the people are super friendly. Fun atmosphere for the kids, safe for all ages to run and be free. Well maintained campus and pool. They have been working to improve so many things since I have been here. Awesome job guys makes me want to sign another lease here."
"It's all right it looks pretty good on the inside. Maintenance guy is top tier. Stephanie is nice. Biggest issue is with other tenants. If you do live here get an interior apartment near the courtyard. It looks nicer. I live in the East building and my neighbor is a meth head so there's always people coming and going"
"Been here for awhile now. The management is always on the ball if there are any issue. Love the green feeling while living in the desert. Only thing to improve would be to add a fenced in dog area."
"Lived here for almost a year now and just love the whole vibe of the apartment complex. There are beautiful trees everywhere and grassy areas for kids and pups to play. Super thankful for the management. Honestly best apartment complex I’ve lived in."
"I’m under the lease as Soto. If it gets taken down I will write it again and again. I live here and wouldn’t recommend it. It’s condemned, do not come here! There is bad juju. Aside from that staff isn’t very helpful. Apartment were subpar, creaking and hallow. No privacy, community is mixed but only if you fit in they might talk to you. Some are nice like two, has laundry but don’t use it, it’s card only! My race tends to keep more cash than card I’m Hispanic, I prefer coins. In addition there’s a pool but it’s tiny. Nice courtyard, be careful if you do come here it belongs to the dead. Just warning you. We are not here for very much longer. About 3 months. I’m glad I made this decision. If your a normal customer wondering what this is about ask me and I will tell you a story that happened here."
