Coral Point Apartments

"Moved here in July and their maintenance is horrible and the office people. I would have to wait till later in the day just for the laundry room to be unlocked since they lock it at night. Last month our upstairs neighbor broke their toilet and water went into our apartment and I called the office multiple times and they said they will have maintenance come and didn’t come till 2 days later. Our apartment smelled horrible from the water being in the walls. We asked if we could move to a different apartment and they said no. They finally brought a humidifier and it raised our electric bill. We asked for reimbursement and said no. I asked for the manager and the lady Cindy gave me the wrong email address and was rude over the phone. Maintenance came to “fix” the walls and just looked at it and left. Next day they came back and only patched a hole from the water and said they would come back the next day to fix the bathroom wall, bathroom fan, and repaint the wall that was patched up in the bed room and they never came back. Honestly look for somewhere else if your looking for an apartment."

"I love all your these apartment complexes have to offer for your residents. Especially for my sons can call it HOME. All this years living by, they had enjoy their time and got too many friends too! There is life living in Coral Point. there's people you can depend on in case of any need you might have, since there is humble people around these apartments that offers a hand when they see neighbors in need of something. One never misses a hello sign either! Some people even talk to you and introduce themselves. Furthermore, there's always maintenance workers doing work to for the pleasure of the residents, and when they show up to work inside the apartments they really demonstrate great respect and good work skills. Thank you to all CP participants , for showing we the renters are important to you."
