"Went on a tour with a rep named Elizabeth I believe her name was she was very nice and upfront about everything. She answered all of my questions and concerns that I had. Perfect experience you can tell she actually cares about her job and more importantly the future and current residents. She offered me and my husbands refreshments and snacks and took us on a nice tour of the complex."
"We recently toured the community and the level of customer service my sister and I received from the property manager Elle was superior! 1.Extremely clean office 2. Greeted as soon as we stepped in 3. Offer a drink 4.Provided in detail of what was available with prices 5.Great tour ."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is the worst apartment experience I have ever had! They have had over 5 managers and three different properties own this complex. My unit had roaches! Which living on my own for 10 years have never had! When I called to say something and request a bug spray they made it seem as if it was a total inconvenience, when renters pay for bug sprays up to 2x a month when paying rent! I had mold, which I shared more then once it wasn’t address till a pretty much threw a fit. Again, they seemed bothered and this was with the current leasing team (Jared) he said “oh we have to have an outside company come and test it” then proceeded to send in complex maintenance who said it was okay to paint over?!! So he painted over large and small circles of mold above my shower, and proceeded to drip the paint on the tub and the floor! My car was vandalized 3 times!! There is homeless people who sleep on the complex because the gate is always broken! Police are always being called. Two unit have had shootings within the past 2.5 years! Oh and dog poop everywhere!! Not worth a penny this complex! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
"Its been 2 months since we moved in and its all working out to be good. There were some roaches early on but as time passed they decreased significantly as expected. The events Joshua, his wife and others conduct twice a month are really nice and fun. They are really friendly and nice to get along. We have some great neighbors (we occasionally exchange food so that really nice lolll). Anyways me and my roommates are excited for remaining of our lease term."
