"IMT RIVERVIEW APARTMENTS is so beautiful! I love how spacious the rooms are especially for a one bedroom apartment. Just by coming in and taking a tour, I knew we found our apartment. Kim in the leasing office has made our experience from going over rooms to handing over the keys to our apartment so easy, fun, assuring, and comfortable. Thank you so much!!!"
"I have had the BEST move in experience out of all the places I’ve ever lived. Kim was seriously so amazing and she answered all of my millions of questions from the moment I applied. She was so passionate about my dog coming here to live. It’s so quiet here. I have slept better the last few days living here than I have the last year. As soon as I brought my dog here he was instantly comfortable and that means the world to me. Also thank you to Arturo and Joe for being so amazing with my maintenance requests they were kind to my little pup. If you’re thinking about moving here please do! I see myself living here for a very long time!"

"I have been here for a year now and never been happier. Service requests are taken seriously here. Same day service most times, even for a light bulb. The community is always clean and well manicured, Pool always clean! Kim and Kaila at the office are always so happy and welcoming. Dog friendly. Best place in the area if you like a quiet, clean community with great parking!!!"
"So far, my entire move in experience has been wonderful and both Kaila and Kim have been a delight to correspond with. The few small items I had for maintenance to address upon move-in have been attended to promptly. I am relocating from the downtown Phoenix area and although this complex isn’t one of the “fancy” new high-rises, the beautiful, peaceful, and lush grounds are a welcome change of pace for me and my small dog. I am excited to see what it’s like to live here and hope to stick around for awhile."
