"New management that took over is horrible and unprofessional they charged me extra on the first month they took over and also had my car towed without notice of change for parking permit or rules you cannot get a call back or ahold of anyone since they took over I’ve been calling and leaving several voice mails for over two months now with no response or communication but they span text you and spam email you about there spruce clean up amenities smh I was going to renew my lease but now I’m definitely not! At least when zendoor was the management company they communicate and responded within a timely matter and tried to help resolve any issues made you fell like they cared. Now it’s horrible I can’t wait too move out of this nightmare!"

"This place has had a lot of updates recently, but its not worth it. I lived here for two years, before, during, and after the updates. The management change was terrible. Problems are going to happen during any change, but the biggest issue we had was the lack of communications during those issues. - The gate consistently broke and locked residents out. It was always extremely difficult to get ahold of someone to come fix the issue, and so there were multiple times that residents had to park on the street and hope the pedestrian gate would open so they could get in. Sometimes it took hours to fix. - One day, more than a dozen resident's cars were towed for a re-pavement project. We were then told we would be fined because of it. The issue was, the notification to move our cars was never sent out. No residents knew that the project was happening. Eventually management dropped the fines, but failed to offer any apology for our cars being broken into and moved by the towing company they had hired. - Truthfully this is not the safest area of Tempe. Management can't help that, but they can respond to issues appropriately when they do happen. There were multiple times where biohazardous trash, like needles, razor blades, or broken glass were left for days and days in open walk ways. When I did get ahold of someone to come help clean it up, they repeatedly failed to actually come clean it. Usually took about a month. - There are bugs. Admittedly, that is hard to stop in Tempe. Previous management would come twice a month to try and get rid of them the best they could, and it helped for a while. But the new management made no effort. The bugs finally won and we left apartments. We just couldn't stand it any longer. - The laundry room was not consistently cleaned, and so it was very common that multiple washers/dryers were broken at once. Sometimes only one or two residents could do laundry at a time. For an apartment complex of this size it is just unacceptable. - We cleaned our apartment diligently when leaving, but received high charges against our security deposit. When we inquired as to why, the main issue they listed was paint chips, which we had next to none of. They were going to totally renovate the apartment after we moved and would be repainting regardless. This was obviously an unfair charge to get back some money for renovations. All in all, look elsewhere."

"Worst possible place to live. No one on site, call center that wont return calls. Rent went up $600. ROACH CITY. No matter how clean there will be roaches. Pool always dirty with trash everywhere, just scummy gross overpriced place. Loud neighbors at all hours. Construction at 5am everyday for months now next door. Getting out ASAP"

"ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Need I say more? They never really went away whole time there! Endless pest control visits I'm convinced they just spray water! Roach traps FILLED with roaches smh makes you feel uncomfortable even seeing them dead and stuck in there. Old management sucked had a few issues with them. New management evicted me because I was on month to month lease! Luckily I was already moving out next day which they didn't even know (even though I put in the 30 day notice)! Stay away! Did I mention ROACHES!?"
