"It's a super small apt complex. It's really quiet. Management and maintenance are super responsive. Update: 2/21/2023 - The quality of residents at this location has declined SIGNIFICANTLY. Zombies (aka fentanyl junkies) lurk around and squat in the vacant Apts. I've witnessed one of the tenants creep around a few of the buildings to do what, I'm assuming, are drug deals. Landscaping has altogether stopped. Management is slow/unresponsive to address these issues. The property management company is also quick to evict if they don't have the proper paperwork - i.e., I do their job for them and provide them with a copy of my renewal because the prior management company didn't, nor did they ask before trying to evict me. Update: 11/7/2023. The property management company has begun making improvements to the complex. Landscaping is more regular. The Zombies, reported above, are no longer an issue. The quality of tenants is still questionable. One of the long-time tenants likes to relieve himself on the backside of the buildings. There are also 2 tenants that do drugs/ deal drugs behind the buildings. My background is in commercial leasing/property management."
