"UPDATE ! This Apartment deserves a mention. New updates, Poolside Jacuzzi. Laundry on site. Close to the ASU. Some seriously delicious spots to dine at; Did I mention close by! Light Rail Station (Literally a stone' throw away). Tempe Marketplace,Mill Avenue,. Are some cool spots close by. Upgraded suites, 1/1, 2/2 Rooms/Bath. Ask about any specials..."
"The manager Stephanie is mentally unhinged will not be reasonable with any person at any point. I've been waiting for my deposit back for over a month since I moved out. I have the receipt saying I'll get my full amount but I can't get them to issue it. If you ever try to get a hold of her boss she will not give you the number she will tell you. She owns the complex and works for no one."
"I just went there to visit a friend for about an hour and then I left, from what I could see the apartment complex was in need of some repairs, I have heard some good things about the apartment complex but I had also heard that management is a little on the rude side, I am glad they weren't outside when I pulled up cause I don't have a filter when it comes to rude people, let alone rude people who are in charge of the complex. Not in the least bit impressed."
"I lived here for two years while I was a graduate student at ASU. The property is absolutely beautiful - it’s like living in a botanical garden. The apartments are clean and nice, and the amenities (covered parking, pool, hot tub, laundry) were perfect for our needs. Like all the other reviews mention, Gloria and Stephanie are absolutely incredible people who genuinely care about their residents. I loved living here and would have definitely stayed if my family didn’t live in another state. Don’t hesitate to rent here if you get the chance!"
"Have lived here for 3+ years before I had to relocate to another state. Will definitely stay here if not for the move. Gloria cares about everyone in the community and strive to provide best service to all residents. They are also super friendly to international students. If you are seeking for an apartment that's nice, quite, affordable with friendly management, you must take a look here. I am so happy that my first apartment choice turned out to be the best one.
