"Court preceding least week more next week. I've only lived here for a Month. Constant unexplainable low frequency sounds coming from above my upstairs neighbor. Who happenes yo be rosa. There are cars charging up the batteries outside right now for frequency sounds weapons in civilian cars with black tint windows. I can hear it. At about 63 or 64 htz"

"UPDATE: I'm sad to report that in the past couple years, the management has left and the complex has suffered. Repairs require constant follow up to get them done. Promises are made and not kept. The grounds suffer form a lack of care (garbage, weeds, etc) and the rent is pushing up to where you can find nicer places for the same money without traveling too far. I've been here quite a while. Management is quick to respond to questions and helpful. Maintenance completes work orders fast and efficiently. They are also quick to respond to shared area problems (laundry room, pool, lights or sprinklers). Rent is reasonable. As far as apartments with roaches and other bugs, I have had 3 issues in all the time here, once I saw a roach, called and someone was out to spray within the hour. 2nd was bed bugs and they went out of their way to take care of the issue as fast as possible. The third took a little longer, crickets seemed to invade one year, They not only continued to spray but also removed plants that might attract the cricket s and replace them with something different. Can't think of a reasonable complaint over all."

The total quality of life treatment includes professional customer services, maintenance services, and security. I’ve lived at this Oasis in Tempe for 8.5 years. I highly recommend to everyone. It is very safe and glorious!"

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but the least I could do is 1 star as an an available option. First off, I lived there for a year and had multiple issues with the apartment. Upon my move-in, the apartment was a mess with bugs, roaches, and all sorts of insects. The shower head was leaking and there were molds on the carpet floor. The pool area is never clean and the laundry never works. I informed the manager who had helped me move-in and later she told me "this is what you get for the rent you pay" and asked me to pay upfront for any damages I saw. Imagine being a new tenant and have to deal with all this. The manager gave me a tour of a different apartment and allotted me a totally different one upon my move-in. The leasing manager is very argumentative, rude, and disrespectful. Her name is Rosa Simao. Does not care about a thing you request her to do. Her boss Joe Mendez is even worse. Old guy with no brains who just wants your money for every little thing. This place will suck out all your money and wouldn't care a bit to help you. Please choose not to live here. Things got worse when my money was stolen from the apartment and upon checking the security cameras, we found out that it was one of the maintenance guys- Kevin who stole it. It was $800. Imagine the management being a bunch of thieves. They denied stealing the money and said we don't touch any of your stuff. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE or you will regret badly afterwards. These guys will rob and steal your stuff."

"I am a past tenant, I loved my time at the complex, the place is clean,I never had any issues with other tenants, it is an overall quiet complex, and I read the review about the govt/le/Rosa - you must be out of your mind. Besides what someone does on ones personal time true or not is not the business of a tenant, I rarely have ever seen the Tempe PD there unless they were patrolling already, if there was a 911 maybe, and I highly recommend this complex. It is missing some amentities, however the value/cost are excellent They are prompt to fix issues, they care about the safety of their residents,and safe perimeter on the property. They are a business as any other complex, my current complex gives a 5 day notice after the 3 and about $100 last fees if paid by the 7... I've never had issues, but I'd say that at the Williwbrook apartments that they wan their tenants to stay. I may come back. I never had anything more than a fly in my apartment from me leaving a door open while getting groceries"
