"When moving to Tempe, Nexa was the perfect choice for me- between the community culture, lavish amenities, and the sense of security, if I could do it all again I’d choose Nexa everytime. The only issues I’ve ever had were during my initial move in with the setup of internet services, but in retrospect after a couple years here I’m grateful for how serious the management team takes every little detail."

"This is the worst apartment I have ever seen. I visited my cousin's house at 9:10 p.m. and was leaving at 11:30 p.m. I came with a bicycle and parked it on the 1st floor, which is the ground-floor bicycle parking area, but when I was leaving, I found that my bicycle was missing. I called my cousin from home and informed him, and we tried finding bicycles everywhere in the apartment, but we could not find them. Then we finally concluded that the bicycle had been stolen. I was very disappointed with the worst security I have ever experienced, as my bicycle was locked, the gate was partially locked, and then a thief was able to steal it. Nexa is not at all a luxury apartment, as in a luxury apartment, this kind of vulnerability should be there. If I had shared pictures here, you would be saying, What is this? On the ground floor where I parked my bicycle, after roaming here and there in search of my bicycle, I found that there were several bicycles whose seats, tires, locks, etc. were stolen."

"Scammer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND living at Nexa. Their overprice rent does not match with the services provided. I have lived here for a year and it has been a series of nightmares! Their 'luxury apartment' is a scammer. Am definitely NOT going to extend the lease next year."

"I had very bad experience as a international student at NEXA, the leasing office staff think they own Tempe and they talk to you very bossy and condescending and they charge $400 for application and says refundable if cancelled with in 2 days and they will take more than 2 days to verify the application. I personally dont recommend the place especially ASU students International/National. If you want to be looked down and have no self respect up to you. Owners should evaluate the staff or will lose the business."

"Moved in this summer and I can already say that this place has gone downhill. I don’t know if management has noticed but the two most important doors for security don’t have door handles…for a month. The maintenance service here is mid pack…they are slow and take forever. If you put in a service request, expect a week before you get any help. Residents are better off doing it themselves. Frank was an old crew member who would have it done the next day, but not anymore. Nexa is more worried about noise complaints, visitor parking, and community events than they are having a well kept & functioning apartment complex…"
