"I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’ve really enjoyed it. The buildings are really old and have caused a few problems but the office staff and maintenance are always quick to help and are all so nice. Donny is one of the main reasons I enjoy living here so much. It’s difficult living in an apartment complex being a college student for the sole reason that I don’t know as much as I wish I did about living on my own so I usually feel dumb when maintenance is needed but Donny has always been so incredibly insightful and funny and is without a doubt the best maintenance guy I’ve ever had. The man knows my roommates by name and genuinely cares about how we are doing as well as getting the job done."

"This place is A Haunting Nightmare for former residents! Living at Murietta at ASU was fine, but the nightmare began three years after I moved out when they handed my personal information to a debt collector without any prior communication. Immediately, I contacted the leasing office. Stephanie acknowledged the error and assured me she would contact the debt collector to remove my name from the account. She advised me to call back in two days. Despite my efforts to reach them over the next five days, no one answered my calls. On the sixth day, using another phone, I finally got through. Stephanie claimed they had an internet breakdown, yet my calls were still blocked. She promised that Dalia would call me after contacting the debt collector, but another week passed with no communication. When I reached out to the debt collector, they told me that Murietta at ASU had NEVER contacted them to rectify the issue. Beware: avoid this place if you're apartment hunting. Current and former residents, stay vigilant and check your credit reports – you never know when this toxic management might come after you for unknown debts, turning your experience into a nightmare."

"I've been living at Murietta @ ASU for four and a half years and it has been overall very positive. It's quiet and feels very safe which I am grateful for. Maintenance has always been awesome too. Although if rent increases at all, I may look elsewhere when my lease ends. These apartments could really use some renovating."

"I absolutely love staying here. I moved out for a brief period over a vacation but immediately moved back in since I loved the ambiance and vibe. Also, the leasing office staff were so helpful, especially Dalia, who made it really easy with our moving-in procedures. Would 10/10 recommend people to take another apartment."

"This is a decent apartment complex. And the price is affordable. The management and maintenance are responsive to my calls when needed. The access to Tempe locations is , of course, excellent. The complex is humble and basic, but nice enough that it doesn't feel like i have to be worried about my safety when walking through the parking lot at night. There is ample parking, and the units are kept up by a kind and friendly maintenance crew. Access to the apartments surprisingly include both a back and front exit, even on top floors. This is great and unusual, but a very nice feature when you need to slip out the opposite door to avoid any undesired encounters. The window count is surprisingly high for apartments as well, having no less than 5 windows (3 front, 2 back), which allows for low cost lighting and open feels during the day. On the downside, the nearby rumbling and sirens of passing emergency vehicles seems to occur more often than you like, but it soon fades into the background of ignored white noise. Likewise, this is not a new complex. The apartments appear to have been built in the early 1970s, when wrought iron hand rails, despressingly low ceilings, and narrow, bomb-shelter-like hallways all reminded us of the proximity of the cold war. Be that as it may, the benies here outweigh the dislikes. If you're looking for an affordable, well maintained apartment that is relatively safe, near ASU and good parking- this could be your spot."
