"Unfortunately after living here for one year I am now leaving a negative review. Immediately after move in was fine but partly due to the very old buildings things are not kept up well. Our water heater flooded and we were without hot water for one week. And the smell of smoke from neighbors easily comes through all walls constantly and makes us sick. I would definitely NOT recommend moving here with children, due to health and safety concerns."
"Emerson Park is a pretty cool place to live, kinda spread out like a neighborhood. Jessica and Kaylah are awesome people and provide such exceptional service. The complex is a little old but it’s super cozy. I’ve enjoyed my year here so far and can’t wait to renew!"
"The staff is so friendly, Kaylah was exceptional in welcoming me, I love the studio I viewed in the tour and am excited to call it my home. And Rainy was also attentive and friendly at my arrival, I say customer service was key to return and start to enjoy my new journey in this location. The parking area was clean ."
"The staff are fine until you become actual residents then you will see who they actually are . They promised me they gonna fix flooring and paint walls after I Sign and now they act differently and try to act like they didn’t say anything. I’m only here for less than month and they already told that I should paint my apartment my self . I’m only here for two weeks so it should be painted from you not me I won’t pay anything and if it’s not fixed I’m gonna leave the place ."
