"UPDATE: A Few months after moving here management team switched. Nothing personal towards the staff but seems my Fees and Rent just progressively have increased and continue to increase every month since. In addition to the continued inconveniences of updating everything and additional fees of everything has left a sour taste. I've already taken the time to set everything up and personally feel taking additional time for a price increase for everything that was already set up on my end isn't due diligence. Disappointed. Org: James Bell the leasing agent is awesome, might just be doing his job but felt like he did above and beyond. Best experience I've had with a leasing agent. So far have enjoyed my stay. 4 star cause the bird poop otherwise been great."

"I took a tour with Tara and she is a great addition to the Weidner family! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very welcoming! I’ve lived in the area for years and the Dobson Ranch area is such an underrated location! Easy freeway access so you’re always a quick ride to Old Town, Tempe Beach Park, Downtown, Sky Harbor, Chandler Mall, San Tan Village, and I can go on and on. I’ve always enjoyed the area and feel it’s well kept, clean, and quiet. I’ve noticed quite a lot of changes with new management and it’s exciting to see the care going into the community. "Stopped by Reflect and spoke to Keeley for a bit. I work with Valley King Properties in Mesa and went to talk about a contract. First off Keeley was absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable about her property and second, the property is stunning! It’s a new gated community in the heart of Mesa. I’d love to be able to stop by this property again! Thank you for making me feel welcome."

"Beautiful complex and awesome staff. I'm happy to see alot of previous issues are being addressed. I saw pest control installing nets on the buildings to get rid of the pigeons in the stairwells and also saw the new groundskeeper power washing the dog park and stairwells the other day. And I just have to say Loren is always so helpful and always has a smile on his face. I really appreciate how the new team is listening to our issues and actively working towards resolving them."

"If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. People are constantly revving their loud trucks/cars at 2am for 30 mins straight. The walls are beyond thin and you can hear when the person below you coughs or sneezes and somehow the entire floor shakes when they walk. The gym is always messy and the hot tub is never actually hot. We can’t use the stairwell in our building as it is always covered in bird poop. We submitted tickets and have asked to have to cleaned and were told it would happen, but its been months and never was done. There are many units that have had AC issues. Our ac broke for the entire month of August in 115+ degree weather and the best they could do was move us to another unit (it took until September for this to happen) or give us a window unit (which couldn’t keep up and leaked water onto the floor), with no compensation. We ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars for movers and more money for the new unit. This new build was done cheap and fast causing many major issues. The staff and amenities are good, but the bad just outweighs the good."
