Income and employment requirements include a minimum monthly gross income of three times the total rental rate, along with a minimum of one year of continuous employment history. Financial aid, grants, or student loans may be considered as sources of income, subject to landlord approval. Previous rental history, residence requirements, credit history, and criminal background checks are also taken into consideration during the application process.

"I’ve been staying at west 6th since 7 months and it’s been an amazing home. I really love the maintenance and the Wi-Fi speed too is superb. Really love the ambience in the common area and never got trouble in anything. Especially I feel the best part of west 6th is the security they do an amazing job 24/7. I can be carefree about how my car is too as they check on all cars every night. Try this apartment out for sure it’s worth the hype!!"
"I love living here! I’ve lived at a couple different apartments while at Arizona State and I could not recommend this place more. I was nervous about living here because it had a reputation from previous years but since living here I have loved it more than anything. The elevators are quick, it’s always quiet after 10 pm even though it’s not even loud anyways, the security guards always make me feel safe, maintenance comes quickly to fix anything I need, and the amenities are amazing. I have lived in Tower 1 since July and living here is the best decision I have ever made. The staff is super nice and helpful I can’t believe I didn’t live here all 4 years of attending ASU."
"I absolutely love living here and can honestly say that it is not what I was expecting. I had heard a lot of bad reviews, but since those reviews management has changed and they are fantastic. If there is a maintenance issue, they’ll come right away to fix the problem and they’re super personable (shoutout maintenance team). Living here, our apartment is always bright, we have a beautiful view of Phoenix and the sunsets, and I feel really safe because your key fob only lets you onto your floor! This is a great place to live if you are considering. I love it here!"
"Honestly I’ve had a really good experience here at the W6. Management is very friendly and helpful whenever I need it. Obviously nothing is perfect but with good communication we’ve been able to get everything figured out in a timely manner. Also the views from my apartment make everything worth it!"
