The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind.i have been a resident for several years, and each time I go into the office for anything they are able to help me. . The up keep of our building is excellent. This is done by Aaron. Which he has the kind of personality that it takes to work in an environment with seniors. Kudos to you Aaron. Jennifer, Kim and Ingrid are the best, they also have the ability that it takes to work with seniors.,that, and still keep up with all the office work they have to do.my rating come from experience I have worked as an assistant office manager. And I know what it takes to do what Jennifer, Kim, and Ingrid have to do each day that walk into the office. What a great job ladies. We are blessed to have people who love their jobs and it shows. Thanks for being the best person that it takes to work with us (Seniors)."

"I lived there 2 years. I had the apartment above trash. I kept odor in control by spraying down there. Till I couldn't afford it anymore. Last 6 months was odor from trash. Bug bombing for 6 months where I hurt my shoulder from cleaning and covering. Was ask about the apartment above me ..i was truthful and told the new person renting. Management tried to get me for harrasseling tenants. I figure it was time for me to leave. Whenever you need Management was never there. Trash over flows. Doors lock automatically. $50 charge to get in..trash and bugs."
"They have roaches beware they are not nice to seniors hardly ever in the office they tried to evict me for clutter trash is kept in building on the weekends it smells bad that part of the bug problem they blame residents but the trash inside the building brings bugs inside.If you go look at building ask about bugs make sure they dont still have them."
"This new apartment complex is for those who are 55 plus and low income and wonderful! Basically in downtown. Tempe you pay for lease and electrcity only.!"
