"I've lived here for nine months now, and just decided to renew my lease. Overall, it has been great living here. Management is super responsive and helpful. Any maintenance requests are taken care of within a couple of days. The grounds are really nice, and always very clean. They walk around every morning and pick up trash! You don't get that at every complex. It feels very safe here, compared to some other apartment complexes in Tempe. It's super quiet overall. And you would think there would be a lot of ASU students with it being so close, and there might be some, but it's not a college party place at all. It's really close to downtown Phoenix and the airport, which is great. Not too far to nice hiking too, so a pretty ideal location for me. The airplanes are a little loud if that bothers you. Really, my one negative experience with this complex was an incident when we moved in. We were moving from out of state, so we hadn't seen the exact unit we were moving into. We got here on a long weekend, so management was out. To our horror, we found that our apartment was infested with German cockroaches, with a whole colony living in the machinery under the fridge. After four days of living in far too close of company with a lot of cockroaches, management got back. Very much to their credit, they let us move to another apartment in the complex. The new unit was clean and cockroach-free. Although they really dropped the ball by letting people move into an uncleaned, roach-infested unit, they did whatever they could to make it right, so I really can't be too upset."
"Overall average complex. Good price. Front office is ok (Diana had a poor, subpar attitude). After I gave them an attitude adjustment, their personalities shaped up with me at least. No further issues."
