"Hot water goes in and out. Even when the hot water is fixed, it’s just warm it’s not even hot, Wi-Fi is always disconnecting. The pool was closed for like a month during the summer so great use of the pool. On top of that the parking garage there seems to always be broken even after paying $900 you can’t go in or out of the parking garage on some of the most busiest days like Friday or Saturday when you have work. 922 is not the place to be there’s too many issues that don’t get fixed or addressed."
"Apparently ASU bought it out. However, they did not buy out the maintenance team, the maintenance is having a hard time keeping up with everyone in the building including their own pool and shipping systems. They are a private business for this building but it needs to be exchange with ASU's maintenance team."

"Son goes to school there and for two years lived there. This year they tell him, out of the blue, you have ten days to move out. He went to see them they told him to bad. I called, live out of state, and no return calls or emails. They originally said he didn’t fill out the paperwork, which he did and has proof, and what they say goes! No recourse. I would never recommend this property management group! American campus communities. In fact I asked them if I could apply for a job with them, I’d like to get paid for doing nothing."
"I moved into this place pretty late and the staff was able to find me an accommodation with decent enough roommates and a good apartment considering I walked in to sign a lease in the beginning of April. The prices here are very competitive with those around them. 922 doesn’t have the flashiest amenities, but what they do have gets used and is well maintained. The building is VERY clean compared to when I lived at the rise last year. The pool is a great place to relax, I just wish they had possible more room to accommodate a few lore study rooms, but other than that I have had little to no issues."
