"Lived here for a year, and I want to write a honest review. Everything was brand new! There's a park that does have some homelessness but it's not bad, and the park does have security at times. The parking can get bad at times, but there's a church across the street, and that's where I park when I can't find a spot! Lol. Other than that, great location, it's on the Jupiter trans line, and it's a couple minute ride to mill ave. Definitely a decent spot for the whole Tempe night life, or just a student! Would recommend to my family and friends! Goodluck!"

"If I could give this no stars I would. One of the worst places I ever lived and if I can stress to anyone that comes here how bad the management is I would. Bugs and roaches everywhere. The management tear is rude and does not care about their residents. Even though they got bought out. Just horrible experience. Do not come here. Roach infested for sure. Not safe. People hit your car and do not care. Kicked us out and only gave everyone a month to find a new place because of the pipes. But they are trying to fix it up a little just so they can raise the rent. Don’t trust them."

"The apartments are more than adequate especially when you consider the short distance from the ASU campus. I give 4 stars and not 5 because I feel there was insufficient parking with no shading and, more importantly, maintenance could take a long time to come over and often times could even forget my requests altogether. My apartment fortunately didn't have any major issues so it didn't affect me much but if you're not so lucky it would be very easy to have a much worse experience. That said though, and especially if you're an ASU student, this place is a great place to live."

"Lived at Montage Appartments for a year and a half. Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of greenery including The adjacent park, Daley Park. The West USA Property Management are very professional and responsive. Most of the apartments at Montage are renovated. Good experience. Highly recommend!"

"Staff is great; Yasmin, one of the managers, always gets back to you when contacted and makes sure everything gets figured out. Location is ideal for any ASU student who wants to walk to campus everyday. Apartments themselves are spacious and adorable! Love it here"
