"Not worth your time. Look elsewhere. They over charge for a ghetto apartment in a terrible neighborhood. They allow residents to live here who harrass, cause disturbance, and bother other tenants and do the bare minimum to keep you safe. They renew leases for risky tenants who've had prior complaints. Theres constant plumbing issues, leaks, bugs and they can't seem to fix it right the first time so you're stuck dealing with it again mtiple times. They are too lazy to keep the gate open so there only one entrance to enter. Which is UNSAFE! When you turn the corner theres no room for vehicles to enter and exit at the same time. But that's not their problem right? My car has almost been hit by another driver on multiple occasions ! Just due to their lack of awareness and ignorance. They don't care about the tenants whatsoever and it shows through their actions , rather lack of action at all! Terrible place to live."
"They are not renewing lease due to imaginary infractions and violations. The management over charged my friend rent this caused her checking account to default on another bill the apartments never compensated her for the fees she had to pay due to their mistake."
"Just moved in will be sure to update. Cathy the manager was terrific and helpful every step of the way of the process. The apartment was completed early and ready to go. We love that there's a pool and laundryroom as well, and of course the courtyards. Everything was as described and so far so good. Thanks! Update: left due to an infestation of bed bugs...hoping they clean out the place.....left everything we owned behind. Not the only apaetment that left due yo the same reason....BEWARE They came after cleaning costs, rent etc.. .I should have gone to court for this...GO TO COURT if ever needed."
"I have lived in The Courtyard Apartments for almost two years now. I have never had a problem with management. They are speedy to get my requests taken care of and we all do the best we can as a community. The people here are a great group of men, woman and children. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The crime rate is very low. The people do they best they can to look out for one another, and the staff is very loving and kind and do the best they can with our needs and wants. I am so thankful to live here and I hope that we gain more great people in the community. -TJ"
