"I am a former 3 year resident of The Flats apartment homes in Mesa AZ. I married and moved to Southlake, TX in 2020. I loved my stay there and had absolutely no complaints with either management or maintenance. A week or two ago I had occasion to request The Flats management intercept a package sent in error to the AZ address. Management notified me today that the package had been presented at the office and they returned it to sender as I requested. I cannot express my pleasure with their professional and thoughtful attention to this matter for a former resident. Thank you Mireya."
"Does anybody even work in the office at this place? I've tried contacting management by every means possible to confirm rental cost and schedule a viewing (emailed, messaged via Hotpads, filled out website contact form, called and left VM for multiple different numbers during the week) and haven't received any response in over a week. I can only imagine how unresponsive these folks are to actual tenants with maintenance issue. The property managers ought to look into whether office staff is actually doing their job; I was sent to VM at 10am and 3pm on weekdays, when your office hours say 9-5. I still haven't received a reply via email for several days. Y'all are losing highly qualified renters due to your staff's negligence — I have high credit, strong rental history, >10x income:rent ratio, and won't be looking back after this experience."
"If I could give this dump ZERO STARS I WOULD. I have lived here since August and it has been AWFUL. I noticed a terrible smell when I moved in, so I contacted the “maintenance manager” and he said there was no mold or smell. Had an independent mold company come out and THERE ARE HIGH LEVELS OF MOLD. I have been physically SICK since I moved in and this is the cause. There is also a cockroach infestation! I sent them information about the mold and they are doing nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!"
