"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Thankfully I'm not the one who's lived there but having stayed at my friends house many times I can say this place is a disaster. It went from being a decent apartment complex to the ghetto. If you value your peace and cleanliness this is not the place for you. There has been a huge influx of migrants moving here and with that has come alot of crime. Tires being slashed, people trying to break into apartments by prying the screen off. Like someone else previously mentioned the roaches are disgusting. My friend has had to resort to fumigating on her own because the pest control people are useless. People smoking all sorts of things despite this being a "smoke free community". Appliances don't get fixed within a timely fashion and should in all honesty be reported to the housing board. The infrastructure of the apartment is so bad you can hear when your neighbors take a dump. The stairs sound like they're about to become unhinged when people go up and down them, and the list goes on. These apartments aren't worth what they're asking for in the least. To add icing to all the issues the security guards who are supposed to care for this apartment is useless. Just call Tempe pd instead. @westernwealthcommunity shame on you for allowing your property to be managed the way it is."

"I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and hate every moment of it. When we first were moving in, we could not see the apartment till the move in date. We had spoken to the leasing agent numbers of times explaining we could not take a second story apartment without a washer/dryer for my elderly mother. When we did get to the apartment, it did not have the euro washer/dryer or tub size we were promised. When this was brought up, they didn’t care. Said there were no more available apartments and that it would be impossible to install a washer dryer unit. (Even tho we have a dishwasher in its place we do not want or use) The subfloor is trash. I can feel holes in the floor under the carpeting. They used a different color of paint “for touch ups” around my apartment, looks horrible. We have had issue with the lights not working due to these stupid Bluetooth remote ceiling fans. If my neighbor wants to the their light on at 3am? Well their remote works for my ceiling light too! Took them MONTHS to finally replace ONLY THE BEDROOM lights. Where they provided pull strings for the light. Meaning we CANNOT use any of the light switches to control the lights. The fan in our living room that they “fixed” by leaving the fan permanently on. No strings to pull, no remote, no light switch. We cannot turn off the fan, change the speed of the fan, use the light at all , or clean the ceiling!!! This building is also a cockroach heaven. I have never seen one in real life before moving here. We had them fumigate the apartment, was an INCREDIBLE hassle, literally did nothing. For the past three years there has been some issue with water here. So they periodically shut it off but you have no real notice of when or how long that will happen. By periodically I mean multiple days of the week every other month. The first time this happened, the city was doing water work on the road and ever since then the apartment building hasn’t been able to keep it together. People love to use our parking lot as a drag strip to rev their cars in the middle of the night as they skirt around corners. Most of the tenants here are rude and obnoxious. Men will sit in front of your apartment blasting music for 8+ hours as they drink 2 36 packs. Leaving all of their cans and garbage in the parking lot, then drive away drunk to wherever they came from. The building has a nonnegotiable $25 trash valet service on the lease. The service is CRAP. I put the trash out in the requested window of time, my trash would not be picked up and then I would get threatened to be fined because my trash sitting out. Also, you HAVE to use the can provided, cannot just put a bag of trash out and you can’t leave the can itself outside. So I have to leave my full trash can outside from 6pm-8pm, prime dinner hours where I have no trash can in my house? There is definitely no room in this small apartment for two. Incredibly frustrating that I have to pay for it, even tho I just bring the trash to the dumpster myself. The laundromats are DISGUSTING, and most of the time half the machines do not work. The other half people will leave their laundry in there for HOURS with no regard to the other around them. One machine sat filled with disgusting water for over 2 weeks. We have also had issues the past 2-3 years even trying to renew our lease. They make you do everything through the Resident app, but the Resident app doesn’t work well. App would not send me a lease etc. even though we were working with the office months before our lease was up and trying to work through this app issue with them, they started charging us month to month rates which was completely unacceptable. They were able to fix it, but it was 4 months of going back and forth. These are only some of the issues here. Nothing has ever improved through the difference in management, only worse in the years I’ve been here."

"The weekly water shut off is seriously hard to explain. The electricity provider could replace the electricity meter and related electricity without customer permissions. It seems that many advanced researches run on the community and some residents without their consents and notifications. The liability for security of apartments is seriously low. Aliens could entered to apartment without appointment and permission. The community could not accept the responsibility for Electricity provider and damages which applied on renters."

"The areas around the apartment are pretty. At first glance the apartments seem nice. BUT: People don’t clean up after there dogs and even though the contract states there are consequences for this…there aren’t. So it smells awful. The water / plumbing issues here are crazy. The water shuts off multiple times a month for hours at a time. I have lived in two different apartments here on both sides of the complex. Both apartments have flooded. Both times it took over 8 hours for maintenance to get to my place to address it. Meaning for over 8 hours, sewage was raining from the ceiling and oozing from the walls. After filling out an emergency maintenance order, you must call the front desk multiple times in order to be addressed…but still expect to wait 8+ hours while your apartment fills with feces."
