"The house was clean, everything was well organized.There was no stain spots on the carpet.The walls were looking Brand new. The area's friendly the environment's nice, then the pollution's quite well."

"Staci was the person we had met with to tour the complex. Whether or not this is where we move to, it was a pretty nice property. Seemed pretty quiet, and from what we saw was kept in pretty good condition. Staci was very delitful to walk around with as she showed us a couple of units and the grounds over all. Our tour was made better by her overall attitude and how pleasant she was. We are hoping this is where we move too though"

"I had a great experience becoming a resident here at Tempe Vista Apartments. First, the office team is fantastic. Stacy is a powerhouse and full of good ideas and tips about all your move in necessities. Her apartment tour was fun as we chatted throughout. Very friendly atmosphere created. Then, Debbie is the right person to back up Stacy and Debbie knows all the information you'll need as well. The walk-thru visual packet that she provided was impressive. When you check out the apartment for possible questions you might have, well, you just write it down on the picture of the area in question. That way, when you turn that in, signed, you have the original and the office gets a copy. Everyone knows what got noted that way. No misunderstanding, no misses. I enjoy being here in my first month, but today topped it off. My son came over for the first time and he looked around, saying, "This is like a resort! I can't believe you have all those cabinets. The pool is better than the one at our condos, I'm bringing the girls here to swim." You folks are the best, Stacy and Debbie. Big hugs for you both. You deserve kudos for all you do while making the process seem easy. Much love and gratefulness."

"Debbie was super friendly and knowledgeable! You cannot tell she really loves her job She answered the phone immediately when I called for information. Me and my fiancé went for a tour and fell in love The apartments and spacious and the grounds are well kept and taken care of The residents that came into the office while getting more info were taken care of in a proper manner and treated so kindly Truly love the the apartments and my fiancé loved the gym We’re going to move in next week Would highly recommend"

"Enjoying living in Tempe Vista. Staci and Debbie are super helpful. We use pool with kids and it’s always clean. Sometimes I use The Hub as a quiet study room."
