We’ve yet to encounter a leasing agent elsewhere with the same level of professionalism and care that Tia shows, and it really went a long way as moving is already as stressful as it is!"

"So I've been here for a year and just signed my 2nd lease. When I first got here i came because it was cheap but definitely wasn't planning on staying. but honestly since Victoria has taken over everything has been so smooth. She and the other staff are so nice and helpful. They actually do what they say they are going to do and the last management was not like that. The new management have just cleaned up from the staff to the grass is even greener. It's a welcoming feeling in the office now. I would recommend this place if you on a budget and still want a great experience. Also parking is amazing. No assigned parking so you can choose to be covered or not covered. There is also plenty of parking so you don't have to park hella far from your apartment. Or when you have guests. Over all just a great vibe!"

"Had a great experience moving in with the help of management. Gabby and Victoria are great! They accommodated all my necessities and made sure from the beginning of meeting them to the end of the moving in process that everything was perfect and to my standards. Happy to be living in the downtown metro Phoenix area! As well as being in mercury apartments!"

"Hey guys! I've been living here for 2 months now and truthfully it has been a great experience thus far. From my first visit when I came to look at the apartment to my walk through and then move in. I was surprised to see all the negative reviews because I've had such a great experience. From my understanding the property is under new management and the Property Manager Victoria is amazing! She is always on point, available and helpful. One of the other leasing agents Tia, is extremely pleasant and always so helpful. The maintenance team showed up on the first day of move in and addressed all of the things I noticed needed fixing right then and there. After my first maintenance request, a tech showed up within 3 days to address my non emergency issues. I have gotten emails and calls regarding my maintenance requests after they have been addressed which is awesome! The only reason I would not give 5 stars is due to the dog poop on the grounds due to residents not picking up after their pets. Other than that, I would recommend this place in a heart beat. For what you pay, it's great, affordable, beautiful, safe and some what quiet at night. It's in a great neighborhood and a convenient location. i hope the other reviews did not scare you away. Def book a tour, you wont regret it!"

"THE PROPERTY MANAGER STOLE MY RENT -__- let’s just let that marinate for a second!!! She stole my rent and had her crackhead friend forge my signature and cash it . Silver Stare Property or whoever they are , MADE ME PAY western union to investigate who cashed it .. They left the amount on my account as a past due balance and once I gathered all the documentation from western union and exposed it , they credited me the money . my thing is I had a stub with the ladies signature for proof of payment so what ? Furthermore they didn’t even apologize to me!!! No sorry or nothing!! Like wow I can’t even get a “my bad” !! Basically told me I should be thankful they credited my account, wait what? for money I PAID ! Every month I had to show them my lease because they charged me the wrong rental amount . I went THREE MONTHS without a mailbox key. My mailbox was broken into and not replaced, instead of securing the safety of their tenants mail, told me to pause my mail and pick it up from the post office . For THREE MONTHS. Every day and a half there are new staff , Yes one day and a half…. The walkway outside is broken from the bottom so any day the outside walkway will probably collapse if the termites don’t eat it away first. The only good thing is the neighbors and no roaches in my building/unit. The baseboards did not meet the floor so there were big gaps and the Vinyl was literally paper! After awhile I gave up and just survived my lease . I never got comfortable because I knew I wouldn’t dare keep my children living like that . Please listen to these reviews , they are no lie and not just one persons experience! It’s the mercury experience as a community."
