"I love these apartments. The staff here are amazing. I especially admire the maintenance guys. Most friendliest guys you'll ever meet. When I tell you those guys are prompt and very proficient at their jobs, you would want them everywhere you live. The communication with the office staff is A+. I could go on & on. "There's a reason there are a lot of people moving out because it's not affordable or "upscale". For my renewal rate the management wanted to charge me over $1,600 base rent! You can rent a newly built luxury apartment for that price in this market. The pool area here is nice and is probably the best amenity. Unfortunately, the gym is far too small and doesn't have much equipment. For the cost of living here the gym should be upgraded. For a renovated apartment I would expect things to be in far better working order. The bathtub drain plug was rusted out and needed to replaced at least four or five times. The dishwasher was falling apart every time I ran a cycle and things were constantly falling out of the fridge. All of the appliances here need a major upgrade but it seems like they went the cheapest route possible. How about some actual kitchen countertop space or a refrigerator tall enough for someone bigger than 5 feet tall?! If you live here you will pay $40 a month for a smart lock on your door in addition to other monthly services like valet trash and parcel lockers. In conclusion, I give this place one star for the location and one star for it being reasonably quiet. I don't recommend living here because there are better options in the area."
