"This place is a damn joke. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I can’t wait to move. They have had my account messed to since September & won’t fix it. I keep getting 5 day notices & I’m getting ready to contact a lawyer. It’s almost 90 degrees today & they won’t switch the heat on over to air. It literally took them 5 months for them to change my door locks & my mailbox lock. There’s constant bugs & roaches. This is just a few issues I’m having with this place. The office management does not care at all. I’ve been here for almost 3 years & they’ve changed management at least 4 times. Find somewhere else to move!!!"

"This review is on behalf of my boyfriend. He has lived here since May 2023. This apartment complex has gone through so many management changes that its hard to keep track anymore, but it is easy to understand why so many management changes. He has filed maintenance requests online (they always ignore) and has gone to the office for said requests. Each time he files a maintenance request for his main bathroom, they choose to do NOTHING about it and just blame it on having new management. They have made promises but have failed to deliver each time. They even made him sign a waiver on multiple occasions to have the same outcome - no assistance. He ultimately just gave up and stopped using this bathroom completely back in August in fear of getting charged some sort of fee for this bathroom that was a wreck since he moved in. He only uses the guest bathroom to avoid making the tub look worse and getting blamed for it. This complex is in the worst area and do not recommend living here. Its cheap but you will get what you pay for. Cabinets are falling apart. Worst lighting. The design concept is just unbelievable. They keep the exterior looking clean just to get more tenants in. I feel unsafe every time I visit. He tried breaking the lease, but they charge an insane amount - it was better off for him to finish off the lease than terminate it beforehand."

"Ghetto apartments ran by absolute morons please do yourself a favor and never move here. Id move into a box then to deal with this place or office management. I've dealt with shooting's here, roaches, hidden fees poor poor resident service. Please please please don't move here let this place fall to dust. Below I've attached what we deal with in our amenities , poor light was broken for two months straight was a serious hazard. Then we had homeless wrecking the gym and sleeping in it. They fixed that by locking everyone out past 7pm. So cant even workout at night. This is a short list and summary of what's wrong and a few photos to give you an idea."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! When I tell you these are the worst apartments I've lived in horrible I moved here with my two children and from day one it was horrible where should I start..... Moved in over summer and set up my kids toys on patio just to have neighbors walk their dogs and they poop and pea on your gates and the owner leaves it.... Which leaves a nasty smell of animal urine now my kids hate outside due to it stinking, the sprinkler system is horrible be ready to slip and fall because 4 times a day the sidewalks are being sprayed down instead of the actual grass, laundry rooms are terrifying you never know what kind of gutter bugs will come crawling out of the washer also stray cats live everywhere and will sleep on top of your cars because residents are allowed to feed them so more come (sorry not an animal person).... The office will NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALL OR EMAILS) you have to literally hunt them down and they are very unprofessional by the way... Next the ROACHES!!!!!! are beyond ridiculous pasttt disgusting every night I park my car and walk to my unit my kids have to run because there are so many roaches running through the side walk and grass and to make matters worse they are inside the walls I kept having problems with roaches all over the kitchen counters at night just to find out they are coming out of the plugs so take it off and find 100's of dead bugs I threw up to imagine that I was cooking with roaches right over me is sickening I cant tell you how much food I threw away because of roaches and trust me it hurt to do that i am far from rich and I dont have assistance so thats hard earned money in the trash... Oh and complaining to management is no help they will stick a notice on your doors for exterminator but no one will ever show up what a joke... That take me back to when I first got my keys and moved the AC would not cut off I called it in waited 3 days mind you it's freezing cold by now and I'm anemic I finally catch a guy outside and he comes to tell me a company must have broken something so when I ask when the company will be out to fix he confesses and admits he was the guy who broke it... So they are liars the dishwasher was broken and not put in properly with mold and roaches underneath mold and black stuff all around mirrors in both bathrooms maggots came on my patio from all the dog poop and pea in the grass and when it came time for move out I had my entire unit packed up to move into a storage and yes MAINTENANCE ENTERED MY UNIT AND STOLE 3 SMART TV'S, BRAND NEW SHOES, MY BABIES WHO ARE 2 & 5 CHRISTMAS GIFTS WERE STOLEN MY SON'S PLAYSTATION AND GAMES WERE STOLEN MY BABYGIRL GOT HER CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY GIFTS STOLEN AND MY NEW HOUSE ITEMS TWO BOXES OF NEW STUFF WAS TAKEN WHAT A WAY TO START MY NEW... IVE CRIED SO MUCH WATCHING MY KIDS BE SAD ABOUT THERE GIFTS BUT THEY WILL BE BLESSED WITH MORE IN DUE TIME. apartment Manager Jazlynn she is very rude she doesn't care to help you I emailed this lady with problems of my unit and never heard back I work a lot so I barely have time to go in the office but that's what phones and email are for right this is by far the worst worst worst living situation I have been in and I blame every single staff member there my kids tears stem from those guys if you wanna lay with roaches and walk outside to step in dog poop these apartments are perfect for you."

"I've been here for 6 months and have had back to back bad issues with no care from management. In my first couple months, they hired 3rd party company to do the renovations in the apartment above me. Twice I came home to my apartment flooded. While they took care of the renovated apartment, no one did anything to ensure I had no mold or damage. The popcorn ceiling is still pealing off my ceiling but no one has done anything to address it. The building directly across the sidewalk from my porch EXPLODED from an illegal lithium battery and set multiple units on fire. No one cared to check on my building to clean the debris, change the melted window coverings, or change the air filters. No one even checked on my pets. I had to fight past fire fighters to make sure they were even alive. My AC hardly worked during the summer. It was consistently above 80 degrees, even at night. I had to purchase multiple fans so I wasn't sweating and it was a livable condition for me and my pets. The laundry facilities are terrible. Only 50% of the machines work and you have to order repairs yourself - management refuses to assist and follow up. And on top of it all, it wasn't discussed that utilities aren't charged until two months after you live there. So I was blind-sided with that. And during management changes, when I wasn't aware of utilities, I had to go in and ask how much to pay. They told me base rent + pet rent, trash, etc. I paid. Then two months later, I was charged double utilities. Suddenly my $1200 rent turned into $1600 for a 1bed 1bath apartment with terrible AC, a view of a lawsuit, drones and cops constantly on site, and management that is not empathetic or attentive. The ONLY reason I gave the apartment 2 stars is there's tons of grass for my dog, some of my neighbors are cool, there are gorgeous big trees, the appliances are nice (not the cabinets - drawers don't even have tracks), and it's generally quiet (when people don't pull their cars on the lawn/cops aren't on site), but 2 stars is generous. I've never had issues with an apartment complex before. I've spoken to management on multiple occasions about all things written here. None of them have been addressed as of 9/11/2023."
