"I’ve lived here at southern manor since 2019. At first it was good, actually peaceful but ever since 2022 Sara( the management ) leased about 8 apartments to a very big family and it has been dirty and reckless ever since. They get very disrespectful and loud and always point the blame to other neighbors if they’re complaints about it. And since the management probably doesn’t wanna lose the money she gets under the table so she always sides with them and doesn’t communicate with the people in the other side of the situation. She promised to fix the broken stuff in my apartment that was already damaged when I moved in and nothing was ever done and that has been since 2019. I used to love this place but now it’s a place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who just wants to be at peace in their homes. If you pretty much want to live in a village with no privacy or peace. Overall the place is not safe at all, for the kids nor anyone. It’s very accessible and the homeless will constantly be around the area taking shelter by the grill area, or laundromats."

"This is the WORST apartment complex I have been unfortunate enough to have lived in. SEVERELY Roach infested ... . Lousy foundation. Neighbours . I could go on a long rant about my feelings for this garbage apattment complex but I won't. All I can say is DO NOT LIVE HERE!"
